Can someone point me in right direction to identify what I believe is a Lego
sail part number.

I’ve had an enquiry quoting this number.

Number 389897168

Thanks in advance.

That seems a bit too long to be a PCC code

Yes but how would you collect and remit it? Legally is dosnt matter if the tax
is 1 cent or $100 it still has to be treated the same

I can't speak for zorbanj but I don't think the added shipping charge
in this case would count as an internet marketplace order requiring the collection
and remission of sales tax.

I just use the temporary checkboxes on the order detail page

That is what we do to, plus, we print out the order number and put it on the
outside of the envelope or box. We have done thousands of orders without ever
including a printed copy of the order and have never received a customer complaint.

Oh yes, I put the order number on the shipping label

  Need some opinions...

When you get an order and ship it out, do you print out their order and put it
in the package, and if so do you use color or black and white. Or do you not
even put one at all? Currently, I print out one sided black and white and was
told by my significant other that looks bad and cheap. Thoughts?

I dislike getting extra paper with my order nor do I print or send any kind of
list. There are very good digital ways now to ensure a complete order. I don't
believe paper is the necessity it once was.

I just use the temporary checkboxes on the order detail page combined with a
JS script I have to ensure they're all checked. I've rarely had an issue.

I don't think it looks bad to include the printout of the order, but for
me personally I feel like it's a waste of paper and ink, especially if it's
a large order.

I have a new store set up, opened the shop. When I go in and look at the storefront
it shows “ships to me” in USA but there’s an error message that pops up… does
not ship to Missouri. It’s not just my state because when I get on device with
location set somewhere else it pops up…. Does not ship to California.
I must have some setting wrong but I can’t figure it out I’ve spent a lot of
time looking through all the settings. Please help.
Thank you

Is it possible your PayPal setup is not connected to your merchant account? If
it isn't, then you need to connect it. If it is, it might be worth trying
to disconnect and re-connect.

Maybe some stores need to offer some good sales to jump start things.

Is 60% off enough? I’ve only had 4 orders this month and they were all under
$4 before shipping

You need more parts in your store, I see you have a decent # of lots for a small
store but also small quantities.

Our Easter sale continues (it's still the Easter season!) through 5/26 with
15% off the whole store. Also: for your convenience, we now accept payments through
Stripe!

Sounds like they can just close the NSS with proof of delivery, right? Which
means a negative review or paypal dispute are my only real options. I'll
ask the seller (again) for the partial refund for the missing parts, as a last
effort before choosing one of those options. I have no idea if paypal "permits"
partial refunds.

I didn't recommend an NSS for this reason, nor a PayPal dispute because PP
might just turn around and say "return for a refund, but you have to pay
for shipping". If the seller is willing to accept a return *and* pay for
return shipping then that might be the way to go.

  Hi All,
Need some advise on inventory management.
Do you ever recount all items in your store, go from lot to lot to check if everything
is correct.
Or do you take for granted that you sometimes miss something for an order?

Any advise is more then welcome.

If I make one or more sales then I definitely check that the remaining quantity
(as shown on the order detail page) is correct.

Thanks, I couldn't see the remaining quantity. Checkbox wasn't marked.
Now I can check during orders.

Keep in mind that if you get multiple orders the quantity remaining on the order
detail page will always take all the orders into account.

It was the Set for a CMF. So it should have included 4 extras per. With 10
CMFs, thats 40 missing parts. A total of about $5 in value.

4 extras per? I can't think of many CMF sets that have 4 extra parts - I
could be wrong though. This is the only example that springs to mind:

Set No: col26 Name: Spacewalking Astronaut, Series 26 (Complete Set with Stand and Accessories)
*
col26-1 (Inv) Spacewalking Astronaut, Series 26 (Complete Set with Stand and Accessories)
1 Part, 1 Minifigure, 2024
Sets: Collectible Minifigures: Series 26 Minifigures

I should add that I'm only expressing skepticism about the # of extras and
not whether the seller should have sent them. They should all be there whether
it's 40 parts or 20 or 2.

66763-1 (Inv) Minifigure, Series 25 (Box of 6)
6 Sets, 2024
Sets: Collectible Minifigures: Series 25 Minifigures

It has to be somewhere in between the weight of the box plus the six times the
weight of the lightest minifigure polybag and the weight of the box plus six
times the weight of the heaviest minifigure polybag ... in no case would it be
zero.

Not to get political, not accepting cash is often viewed as discriminatory against
the unbanked. However at a recent trip to Universal many of the restaurants
did not have cashiers or staff taking orders. All food was order in the app and

Good or bad, not sure.

Extremely bad. I usually do pay with a credit card, rarely cash, but I definitely
do not want to order in an "app" ever.
