Anyone know what these torsos are? Can't seem to find them in the catalog.

Do they have the LEGO logo on the top of the torso ?

Sure do.

I've had a poor experience with a seller, where he argued with me about discrepant
parts I received, refunded me for the discrepant parts only after I pushed for
it, then told me to "Please never order from [his] store ever again."

Would you leave negative feedback based on the interaction? Or just move on since
you got the refund?

I'd like to know people's general approaches as to when they decide to
reach out to sellers about missing/broken/incorrect parts. Based on the sheer
size of the BrickLink catalog, the variations of some parts, the similarities
between some parts and colors, and the proneness of some parts to nearly imperceptible
hairline cracks, it is downright silly to expect every seller to fulfill every
order with 100% accuracy. The question is, at what point do you decide to reach
out to the seller about discrepant parts? Do you take into account the cost of
the part, the size of your order, the rareness of the part, the frequency with
which you order parts, etc.? For example, I have, through no scientific method
whatsoever, arrived at the conclusion that I would not contact a seller about
discrepant parts in my order unless the total cost of said parts is more than
one dollar (USD). I am not interested in extracting every nickel and dime from
sellers, however, I do believe I would have lost hundreds of dollars to discrepant
parts over the last four years had I not simply told the sellers of the discrepancies.

So what are your "rules" regarding discrepant parts?

I shipped an order (from USA) to Mexico a couple weeks ago. The shipping cost
was over $50, which the buyer paid. I just got the notification that the package
is being returned to me "because it could not be delivered as addressed."

I entered the shipping address in PayPal exactly as it appears on the BrickLink
order, so the fault is not mine. The buyer has made a slight change to his shipping
address and wants me to resend it. But now I'm worried about who's going
to pay for it? If I tell the buyer to pay another $50, I fear they will balk
and want a refund instead of reshipment. Then I am out $50 anyway.

Fellow sellers, what do you think is the right course of action?

I have in my possession part 86059 (Rein with Bridle Flexible) in dark gray -
NOT dark bluish gray. I find this curious, since the part wasn't manufactured
until 2009, long after old dark gray was phased out. I am certain it not discolored
from sun exposure, because the color is uniform on all areas of the part. And
I doubt it is just a variation in color due to its material, because it is VERY
close in color to other dark gray parts. Any ideas?

(I was going to post a picture to show the comparison, but my phone did not capture
the colors well enough to show the difference/similarity between the parts.)

Do you have ny dark bluish gray ones?

I'm not shocked by a rubber pieces not being a great match to the ABS pieces.

Not currently, but I have in the past. I would have questioned the color back
then if it was so far off from dark bluish gray like this one is.
