| Hi All,
I have the complete modular building collection, and I am looking to sell off
most/all of it if I get a good enough price. 
The collection includes every full size building from this category, but none
of the mini models.

All are adult owned from my personal collection. Most I bought new, but 3 or
4 were used by other collectors.
I do not have the instructions for Cafe Corner or Market Street but all the others
are complete with instructions. No boxes (I do have the boxes from the most recently
issued 2 or 3 but don"t want to try to ship them.)

I am getting ready to close my Bricklink store and move on to other things.
Over the next several months I will be gradually increasing the storewide sale
percentage until it's all gone. Or I get a good enough offer on what is left.

| I believe the new snake part 38801 from set 71043 has been incorrectly logged
as Sand Green when it is actually Olive Green. At least the one I have (in the
pic) is clearly olive green. Can anyone else verify?
