I'm not sure how I let it happen but I missed the fee payment for this month
and it has resulted in selling privileges being revoked. I have now paid the
fee but it's still closed. Is anyone able to fix this? My staff rely on the
income as wages. I'm not sure if any admins work weekends but I would really
appreciate someone looking into it.

I very nearly missed it this month! So much going on in work and life it just
slipped my mind.

  Hello all,

Just picked up a Phasma and noticed what look like cracks on both sides of torso.
On investigation theres no movement and seller assures me its only been on display.

Ive seen lines in other flat silver torsos before from moulding or wherever they
come from.

Lines are identical on both sides with a small flair at the hip and run under
and up inside the torso.

Are these stress marks or just from manufacturing?

Weld lines from manufacturing. They are especially noticeable on any of the pearl
colors like Pearl Gold, Pearl Dark Gray, or Flat Silver (which Phasma is created
in).

Kinda what I thought, thanks.

I think you have done really well to gwt over 700 orders before a mistake, I've
done this like 10 times when I first started out. My mistake was prematurely
writing adresses out prior to orders.

I recently recieved one of my own orders from the mail man, turns out I put the
return adress on the front of the envelope where the stamp was and the buyers
adress on the back!!. Couldn't belive I done it lol

LMAO, that's brilliant. A real Doh! Moment.

Why "ineptiutude"? You made two relatively significant errors out of
746 orders, but that is being human.

I guess, my take as a buyer is how you react and what you propose to the buyers.
So, don't sweat it.

Yep just more annoyed with myself as I like to think I run a pretty tight ship
and Im always really careful about packing orders {not this time I guess}, Ive
asked them both to return items to me at my cost and I can resend, just hope
I dont get a dreaded - FB

You know, years ago we inverted stickers and shipped to Spain a little Fire Truck
and to Norway a huge brand new ISD (yes a huge VERY expensive one)

We still don't know how we could do such an error, ADN and alcohol were suspected,
while more probably simply being tired

Anyway, we communicated with both buyers, and the kind guy in Norway refused
the ISD parcel so it was shipped back, and the Spanish guy shipped him his Fire
Truck.

In 15 days everything was settled and arrived to the proper Country, shipment
was paid by us, and we offered a 50€ Coupon to both, they were so kind!

In short, it happens - just fix it nicely.

Off that sounds painful, luckily it was two inexpensive orders although that
doesn't mean anything to our customers. If they were big expensive orders
I think id have had a meltdown! I think this was down to tiredness

Eh, you're (presumably) human. It happens. How you handle it is what will
make an impression on the buyers.

Think so... Need to do my daily check to confirm still the case.
I've asked both to return to me so I can resend, covering all costs obviously.
I would have just resent the items but didn't have them in stock

Just curious what your stores order to visit ratios are? I have one order for

7.3% conversion rate or 1 in 13 (if my maths is correct......)

I price my items rather low (for a quick sale) and yet, occasionally, some potential
buyers still ask for a 10-20% discount. This at times is really irritating/offending.
What most buyers fail to comprehend is that, by the time I factor in BL/Paypal
fees and others, I'm already 20% down from the listed price.

How do you guys deal with this? Is there a point in answering at all such 'unreasonable'
requests.
