This part is included in the minifigure inventory for

I think it would be logical to have that part listed in the main list and not
buried in some alternative list.

This part is already included in the alternate items section of the inventory.

I think it would be correct if 63082 part is in the list and then 3730 is in
the alternative list. Take a look at instructions for 7942 set and you will see
that 62082 part is there listed.
