Oh, I see. Thanks. So the head isn't catalogued yet I'm guessing.

  Hi there

How do you make orders over a specific amount automatically go to a higher pricing
level?

For example, I want buyers who spend over £50 to be directed to the Signed For/Tracked
postage. However, at the moment this isn't happening. What do I need to adjust
or go to to make this happen?

You limit the first shipping method to 49.99 (there's a max value field at
the bottom), then you create another shipping method with a minimum of 50.00,
etc.

^This is accurate.

Yes it was! Thanks people. Was driving me crazy trying to figure it out

I'm no expert, but perhaps add a Price Band? It's in the Destination
and Base Rate section of your shipping settings.

Good luck,
Jen

Hi, thanks for the suggestion but that isn't the solution sadly.

Hi

Does anyone know what has happened to the selection on the online Pick a Brick
site (formerly Bricks n Pieces)?

There is almost nothing on there these days - no new stuff such as torsos, accessories,
animals, etc, just the usual standard parts.

Is this a new policy from LEGO or do you think it's a temporary situation?
If it's the latter, it's been going on for a while.

Thanks in advance.

Hi

Finally changing to instant checkout but unclear on one thing - how do I add/adjust
the weight of an order to include the packaging weight? For example, if there
are two weight thresholds, say, £1 for 100g or less and £2 for 101g to 250g,
how do I factor in say 20g for packaging so if a buyer orders 85g of parts it
will bill them for £2 packaging not the £1 level?

Thanks, and sorry if that was a bit long-winded but it's confusing me.

I have a buyer from Australia trying to place an order in my UK store and he
says he can't place the order without a bypass. I have shipping to Australia
enabled so that is not the issue. What is the problem here then?

I don't use instant checkout so he should be able to place any kind of order
(regardless of weight/size, etc) and await the invoice...please help/explain
the issue, or any work arounds. Thanks

Can't work out where this part is in the catelogue. Thought it was maybe
Duplo but no luck. Thanks in advance.

There's no branding other than what I stated. If someone actually has the
part/fig can you please do a quick check for me as don't want to list a pricey
helmet on BL if it turns out to be a replica. Cheers.

Hi

I've got a helmet from the Spartan Warrior CMF (90392pb01) but I don't
know if it's genuine. Seems real... It's only got "01" written inside
and no logo. I know not every part has LEGO stamped on it.

If someone has this fig/part could you please check it and let me know if it's
branded or not. Much appreciated in advance

Hi

Did part x47, the Dragon Plume, ever appear in Black? It's not listed in
the BL catelogue but I've currently got a piece in black. Would it be fake
then? If anyone can confirm would be appreciated as it looks pretty authentic...

Cheers.

Hi

Need to send an order to Italy but unsure what exactly I need to attach to the
parcel with these new July 1st rules. Do I just download and attach the printable
'receipt' form on the order page, and attach a Royal Mail customs declaration
form as usual? Any help/clarification much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hi

Have issued an NPB (first time I've had to) and just want to confirm: if
the buyer doesn't pay or make contact, and then I cancel the order, can
I leave negative feedback against the buyer without them replying likewise? Basically,
does a completed NPB stop a buyer from leaving feedback?

Thanks in advance!
