This is my 1st Lego set. I’m in my 70’s.
The other day my dog got hold of and chewed a very small part.
I ONLY need 1 of something and 3 of something.
How do I go about getting these small pieces?
I’ve tried some things but to no avail.
Thanks Brickers(what are you all called?)
THANKS ALL, Ellie
|
I MAY have figured it out. We shall see if I get any replies!
THANKS TO YOU ALL!! A little help here, A little help there, hopefully I have
it!
The doggie is fine! He doesn’t swallow bad things, just chews!
Chews & Legos do not go together!

I'm not sure what replies you're looking for. If you have the proper
parts, colors of those parts, and the quantities selected in your Wish List,
then you can go to your wish list and select "Easy Buy."
That will select for you the least expensive way to purchase your desired parts.
Click "Create Cart," and purchase until your wheels fall off.

was radio silence until I filed a "search for my stuff" request through
USPS. Suddenly, for whatever reason, they found the package in Queens, New York

Sorry. This order was also placed in November. That's the connection.

You need to add an onsite payment method (PayPal or Stripe) so BrickLink can
collect the sales tax they're required by law to collect

Ahh! Thank you. I'm waiting for microdeposits in my new bank account. Thank

| We are making some changes to how our store is structured. We have been around
for a few years and are looking to make a go at getting bigger. We have changed
our shipping policy a bit and are now offering free shipping on orders of $40
or more!
To celebrate this change, we have also slashed the majority of our inventory
by 15% for the next couple of days; a vast majority of our inventory was already
set at less than the last months sales rates already!

Maybe not your store specifically. However, I've definitely unfavorited Austrailian
stores simply because the shipping would be such a nightmare for both parties
involved. Absolutely nothing more than that.

I start with the color guide: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogColors.asp
That helps divide what you're looking for. It's a process of elimination

I can't find anything about a monthly shipping fee or a charge per label.
So, what's the deal with that?
|
There's no catch. You pay less if you purchase postage through one of these
sites than you would if you purchased labels directly from USPS.
Behind the scenes, I believe that shipping platforms like PirateShip, Shippo,
and Chit Chats are purchasing labels in bulk from USPS, for a discount. This
is a common practice in many industries.
|
+1
It’s even something that can be seen on some sites for example Canada posts business
account even says if you purchase x amount of labels you get this % discount
if you purchase up to x amount you’ll get a higher discount, etc
|
Thank you both for your input and time. It is much appreciated.

Pirate Ship works OK, at least for USA to USA shipments. I have not done any
cross border shipments with it.

Yes/no - if you round it at 2 decimals it's 1.82€
Hoping it's right

Can anybody give me an example in American money?

IDK if you're being sarcastic or not, the numbers are the same. Just replace
the euro symbol with the dollar sign.
|
I’m not being sarcastic, I thought there’s a value difference between these 2
currencies.

It's all right man. I also was stuck on that until I realized the symbols
didn't quite matter. That's its all just numbers for the sake of the
illustration.

This one? If it was for sale here at BrickLink it probably was as a custom lot
in someones store.
The kit was done by a LEGO Certified Professional but is not an official set
so it is not in the BL catalog.
|
This is exactly the kit I was talking about; the modular building. I've looked
everywhere, and tried all sorts of search keywords, to at least find a page where
it was previously sold, or whatever. I've come up short every time.
Ultimately, I'm looking for a parts list.
|
On youtube is a review of the set https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjgsHJgFnqY,
with at least 1 page of the parts list shown (at 5:16). Definitely not the complete
list, but maybe a start. The video has also a lot of close-ups, so maybe some
reverse engineering is possible.

Thank you.
