| Saw a listing of Auctane LLC on my PayPal activity. Thought it might be a fraudulent
charge. Opened a dispute of the charge. Seems Shipstation and Auctane are the
same entity. After much aggravation I was able to continue shipping through them.

True, the USPS site says 13 ounces is the max for a 1st class package, but if
you ship via PayPal's Shipstation you can go up to 16 ounces.

| Recently had 2 orders for Canadian buyers. When I processed the shipping through
PayPal it gave me a shipping address of the buyer, but when the actual label
printed it was of a USPS sorting facility in Hackensack, NJ. The label had the
buyers name on it, but c/o the USPS. In small print it said the recipient's
address was sent electronically to the USPS. The clerks at the local USPS station
didn't know anything about this. Customs form procedure was different too
and didn't print out on the label.
Had not shipped internationally in years since the cost had gotten prohibitive,
but these customers wanted the pieces.
Can anybody enlighten me?

PayPal/Shipstation gives you a discount on the postage cost. Your buyer should
not receive any postage due notice.

current/previous price breaks for FCPS (First Class Package Service) were in
4 oz increments (0-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-15.99). The new chart for FCPS shows breaks
in 5 oz increments (0-5, 6-10, 11-15, 15.99 by itself). Does anyone know if
that change will be permanent and/or has already occurred?

I don't see what you see. The price increments are still 4 oz. But there
are lines in the table every 5 oz.

Ah, thank you for pointing that out. I saw the lines in the table at 5 oz. breaks
and wrongly assumed (without studying the numbers) that those were new rate divisions.

Wonder if "temporary" is going to be the new permanent? Call me a cynic.

| Is there any printing on the reverse side of these posters? Mine have Black/White
versions of all 3 printed on each.
Had an inquiry about them and they specifically asked about a blank reverse side.

| Has anyone tried to replace the battery on one of these Light & Sound units?
Screw is so small I can't make out if it's a Torx or a hex head.
Lights don't work and sound is very weak. Not sure if it's worth the
effort to fix.

| It would be helpful if Admin would send out a notification when they change an
item number.
How frustrating is it to look for a part in my inventory only to find the number
has been changed.
If a notice is sent out for items marked for deletion, why can't it be done
for changes.

| Can the Tracking Number field be added to the Orders Placed screen?
If the Seller fills it in, which I do, have it feed over to the Buyers orders
placed.
