This stickersheet came in early releases of this set. add also the regular 1x4 bricks and the already in pattern red/white stripes pattern move to the alt. section. So make the '99' MID.

The baseplates should be part of set inventory, they are being used in the builds. Also this is consistent with other sets with this storage bin.
