  Hi All

Just had a buyer contact me this morning after not receiving a £9 minifigure
order that was placed on April 5th. The postage option chosen by the buyer was
a standard 1st class large letter, Postage was paid for and label printed using
the Click and collect Royal Mail service and posted that same evening.

I have sent other parcels since then and have had those orders completed by those
buyers so I know the postbox I used has been visited by the Royal Mail.

I’ve asked the buyer to wait another week and see if anything arrives and in
the meantime I will do some research into what the next steps are.

What is the correct course of action as a seller ? Do I need to refund the buyer
even though they picked a non signed for option for post ? I have no reason to
believe the buyer is not telling the truth but also I’m going to be out £11 if
I have to refund even though I processed the order and paid the postage and sent
it ?

Don’t want to get negative feedback from the buyer if I argue the refund.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice

I've sent a couple of orders by Large Letter and Royal Mail have decided
they were thicker than 2.5cm and have demanded an extra charge for delivery.
They should leave a card but they don't always do so which leaves the buyer
and seller scratching their heads.

A few minutes later I get a message asking to cancel the order, fair enough.
I have issued a total refund but I can't figure out how to cancel the order
so that the items are returned to my inventory.

Any help gratefully received!

EDIT the order and set it from "Paid" to "Not Paid", then you'll
be able to cancel.

try setting the payment status to none.

on this page

enable the "My Note on Order / Edit Order Icon" checkbox then click on
the 2 papers right after the order number on this page

https://www.bricklink.com/orderReceived.asp

and then set the payment status to none and save

I've never seen this part with the Lego logo on the sides.

Please direct your buyer to this forum post and let us know how you get on.

  Hi

I just had a new buyer say that the 3651 parts I sent are not original lego,
I believe its becausethey don't have the 'lego' logo on the side
studs. I checked the rest of my stock which have come from several sets I bought
and they are exactly the same and match the stock calatog images on BrickLink
(i.e. the side studs are smooth).

Can anyone please let me know if this item is normally smooth or if perhaps there
are 2 versions (some with the Lego logo on the side studs).

Thanks

Regards

Steve

Please make changes to the following inventory:

Set No: 370 Name: Police Headquarters
*
370-1 (Inv) Police Headquarters
262 Parts, 4 Minifigures, 1976
Sets: LEGOLAND: Police

* Add 5 Part 3002oldpb05 White Brick 2 x 3 with Black 'POLICE' Sans-Serif Pattern (Alternate)

Comments from Submitter:
I have just carried out an inventory on a copy of this set which I am certain has all original parts. The 2x3 POLICE brick is different to one in the current inventory.
