| I am looking for a way to remove all of the past Feedback remarks permanently
that I have
used so that there are not so many choices that drop down.
I Know at one time my husband had done it but he no longer remembers how.

| Thank you nut I should have said to remove them permanently. I want to remove
all of the choices that I already have in there so that the list is not so long.

Do you mean the dropdown that appears when you're entering feedback? That's
browser data, entries can be deleted by using SHIFT+DEL (not sure how to do it
on a mobile device)

| Just wanted to give a shout out to the great help that I received from the Customer
Service Dept. and the Admin's.
I was really in a quandary about how to handle a problem Buyer and they really
stepped up to help me.
Thank you very much for your efforts and the fast resolution to the problem.

| Dear Admin. I need help. I have been selling Lego for over 20 years. This
Buyer is saying they received non-Lego damaged Lego and so on. I have written
to them and told them I would send them a label to return the ones they feel
are damaged and then when I receive them back I will refund the money for them.
It is then that I find out the Buyer is not in the States. I do not sell to
out of the US so they would have had to go through a forwarding company and they
are saying that would not work for them. Attached are the notes back and forth

Send it back to prove it. All ours are double checked before they go out.
Receiving a label to mail them back see a fair thing to do. I will then refund
you the money once they arrive. It is a simple as that.
I noticed that you have 20 feedback that mention you have received refunds.
Just give me the okay to mail the label and this will be over soon.

I am sending the label to the address that the mini figures went to. I do not
sell international so us used a forwarder and went around that process.
Offer still stands I will send a label for the return of the mini's and then
I will refund for them when I receive them back.
That is my only offer.

1. Two njo032, they are both fake!!
2. Njo018, both have severe oxidation and yellowing, and there are also cracks,
which do not match the description

This is a disappointing shopping experience.
Is there anything I can do about this? The refund comes to over thirty dollars
but that is not the point (We do not sell bad product I want to see the items)
If you look at their FB you can count over 20 of them that he mentions receiving
a refund. He wants to now stop me from selling but it looks like he needs to
be blocked from buying. I do not want to block him at this point until everything
is settled encase I miss a message from him.
Can you tell me what I have to do to protect my store?

| Can a Buyer can a OCR? He was supposed to accept the parts being removed and
ended up doing an OCR. I'm not sure how to get him out of it.

| I have instant checkout, but I have seem on other stores that there is a box
on the last page of ordering that allows Buyers to leave the order open to be
able to add parts and then I would have to invoice them.
I can not find how to do this. Can someone help?
