How do I get the Vat and fees to Bricklink to show that the buyer has paid and
I can get a VAT invoice?

unfortunately you cant. the only way to do it is to refund the buyer and have
them pay onsite
(as bricklink collects the tax via a "partner fee" on the transaction).

Done, thank you.

  Hello,

There is 1 order waiting for feedback. I do not want to give feedback to this
order.

Is there a way to delete this reminder (1 order waiting for feedback) without
actual give feedback?

https://www.bricklink.com/mySettings.asp?viewFrom=P

Uncheck the feedback after completed box.

Hope that helps.

Not really, no.

But naming and shaming a brand new and possible innocent buyer in forum - who
didn't reply you within 8 HOURS (!!!), erm... yes, I see this to be a problem.

Okay let me explain...

Someone who is using multiple accounts possibly has to because one or multiple
accounts have been banned.

That is why we have that rule?

Someone who is using multiple accounts... and is smart to mention "hey this
is my very first purchase" to make any suspicious thought about his account
disappear and then, he is also dump enough to say "I have used stripe here
for payment".

Yes the situation is strange, but it does not raise any red flag yet.

Well said, and I appreciate the input. Thank you.

Got an order from a zero feedback user who created the account July of last year.

User name Albrick7.

No problems at first, I have never had a problem with a new buyer, but this one
is raising some serious red flags.

I get an order for my Medieval Market, and then a message a few minutes later
that states

"Good morning, first time making a purchase on bricklink. This item is brand
new?
What would shipping look like? "

Keep in mind this is an order, not a quote.

So I reply with the different shipping options and the prices to those.

They reply asking if PayPal is the only payment accepted, to which I reply its
the only one I accept, not sure if BrickLink uses others.

Here is their reply

"I have used stripe here for payment. I don’t have PayPal."

My reply, almost instantly

"How have you used Stripe as payment here if this is your first order?"

No response since that message sent about 8 hours ago.

Would just go ahead and send this to the help desk, but can't wait two months
for a response.

Beware if you receive an order from this user!

Most likely a miswording.

I don't understand your issue.

You are worried about legitimacy of the order, but since you don't accept
Stripe and the buyer doesn't use Paypal, the order will never be completed.

So the problem seems to solve itself.

You don't understand the issue of someone possible having multiple accounts?

Have you ever thought about doing something useful with your time? Maybe volunteering
somewhere that actually needs your help.
Your posts only purpose if to create negativity, and you never have anything
to add Lego related.
Please go somewhere you are needed, or at least wanted.

That's pretty good, reminds me of the time long ago I saw an unusual magnet used
to show status of loads. This magnet was different while the others identified
a load number and were place above a particular trailer number this trailer had
a different magnet all together.

The magnet I was referring to was bright green with two letters big bold and
white, an M followed by a T.

What ever could it mean...

Well of course I know now the trailer was empty...what a card.

Well, it took me a while too. Had to read it 2 or 3 times. At first I didn't
get it but then I pictured someone with a strong southern drawl saying empty.

Thanks for sharing!

I just wish the note left on your door saying delivery was attempted, had the
drivers number so I could track down my important package Friday night that the
seller failed to inform me was sent signature required...

Just drive around looking for the big brown truck, they aren't that hard to spot!

Troy

For the longest time, when I would look at past packages I received through the
tracking service it would say signed by "fd".
I would often sit and wonder who this "fd" was that was signing for my packages,
then leaving them on my door. I set gnome traps, no luck. I set up deer blinds
in my side yard so I could watch, for hours at a time, always watching for the
elusive "fd".
Finally, I got my chance. Saw the big brown truck pull up. I held my breath,
puckered my lips and slowed my heartbeat to a mere crawl.
He opens the brown truck door and slowly steps out. My eyes cat like, watching
his every move.
Then I spot it. My package, all brown and cardboardy and full of lego lovin.
This was it, now was the time. Seconds away from the answer. Seconds away from
never having to lay awake at night, drenched in a pool of my own cold sweat with
a tinge of the nights spilled rootbeer.
He carried the package out of the truck, across the street, and up the path to
my front door. Every sense in my body is on high alert, anticipating my encounter
with "fd".
This must be the time, its now or never. He must be hiding somewhere on the path,
ready to strike and sign at the first glimmer of a package, stylus, and calculator
looking signing machine.
But wait, No!
There was no encounter, the package is sitting unmolested upon my porch. How
could this be? Was I tricked? Never!
Anticipating plan B, I whip out my Iphone and head direct to the ups tracking
page. Fingers balmy I manage to type the tracking info in.
How could this be? No wait, let me double check.... How could this be??

Have the heavens aligned to cast the full might of its torturous mind scrambling
pestilence upon my distressed soul? If so then I will rage, nay, relentlessly
fight against such vile tactics. But what could the Gods want with me?
Back to reality I sneakily scamper over the the porch. The package sits unassumingly.
I stand over it, but not before checking back over my shoulder a few more times.
I look down my nose at the package wondering if I am too good for it. I dont
need this crap in my life right now.
I pick it up, shake it a bit for old times sake, the proceed inside through the
door. My mind affluter, I misjudged the placement of my right lower appendage
and managed to scrape it on the metal part of the bottom of the door. Admittedly
I didn't notice until it started to bleed.
Using a kleenex on my foot I couldn't help but think the door got me, or slang
wise "tagged" me.
The front door tagged me.
Another name for tagging is "signing"
The front door signed my foot.
The front door's initials are "fd"
So whatever left a mark on my foot, has been leaving its mark on the UPS guys
life.

The moral of the story is: Never trust your front door.
