Hi Guys.

I recently re-assembled one of the B-Models of the Scanner Truck (barcode Multi-Set:
8479). Howeve, both touch-sensors that I got are not responsive anymore.

I opened up one of them, but the inside kinda confuses me. The yellow button
you see on the outside pushes against a black rubber thing, that on its turn
pushes on two contact plates. However: A rubber pushing on two plates that are
next to each other doesn't make sense and obviously can't make contact.

First I assumed there was supposed to be another metal part to make a connection.
Maybe that it fell out while disassembling.. Yet I searched carefully and could
not find anything. There also doesn't really seem to be place for a part
like that (there is nothing that could hold it).

Can maybe anybody help me on how this part is supposed to work so I can maybe
fix it?

Please replace

4x 4081a (Black Plate, Modified 1 x 1 with Light Attachment - Thin Ring)

with

4x 4081 (Plate, Modified 1 x 1 with Light Attachment (Undetermined Ring Type)

Reason:
Set seems to be released with both versions (thin ring and thick ring) of this
part, depending on fabrication date.

I personally own this set. The manual indeed shows the Thin Ring. However: I
have never seen a thin ring version in my life. I checked the entire inventory
of my lego and I have exactly the same amount of Thick Ring versions in Excess
than that I am short on Thin Ring Versions. Indicating that this set was indeed
bought with Thick Ring included from the factory, despite the Manual showing
a thin ring.

Hello,

Please replace part
3650a (Light Gray Technic, Gear 24 Tooth Crown (1st Version - Not Reinforced))

with part
3650b (Technic, Gear 24 Tooth Crown (2nd Version - Reinforced))

See Image below, where you can see the re-inforcements in the box. (I also own
this set with only the B-Type of Gears).

Thank you.

I can confirm. Got the set twice, both with the Re-inforced versions.

Also Part 4273a needs to be changed to 4273.
