17 Parts, 1 Minifigure, 2011

* Add 3 Part 3794a Reddish Brown Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with 1 Stud without Groove (Jumper)

Comments from Submitter:
As you can see in the item picture the without groove variant is clearly included.

We do not use set images for change requests.

However, this request will be accepted due to finding evidence of 3794a from
a sealed set opening and review:

Comments from Submitter:
If alternate item is the round clip the real alternative to the undetermined clip is the U clip. Plus I own a copy of this set and the u clip is the one included.(I bought the whole sub series -1 set)

Comments from Submitter:
I don’t know how this works but if you think about it, a undetermined type can’t be a alternate item.

There is plenty of easily found video evidence to support the 'b' variant
of the jumper, so that one is okay.

And here is proof of the 'a' variant of the jumper:

I finally sent an email to Lego corporate asking them to address this situation.

Maybe if all sellers send them emails, they will at least communicate SOMETHING
about the situation. It is really poor business practice to have this problem
continuing for so long when you have sellers paying fees every month.

How long on average is it taking for the help desk to respond?
My account is currently sitting with two nss despite providing bricklink with
the details it needs to remove them.
In the past it would be sorted overnight but it's been about 2 weeks I believe.
I'm scared to open a new ticket in case it goes back to the end of the queue
again

You would think the would get more staffing and more updated platform since some
of us spend over $600 a month for this service.
