It might be better to allow buyers to leave feedback without restriction but
instead Bricklink could implement a prompt message along the lines of:-

"You are about to leave Negative/Neutral feedback however have you tried
communicating with the seller as many sellers will try to resolve issues if given
fair opportunity to do so?"

or wording to that effect

Now that would be a great option!

  Hi everyone,

Here is an idea as I received all of my neutral feedbacks because the buyer never
contacted me prior to leaving feedback for a small mistake I made in an order
and never gave me the chance to make it right.

Not sure how that would be done, but here is my idea : before a buyer can leave
a neutral or negative feedback, there must be a mandatory step of contacting
the buyer to discuss the issue first. I'm sure lots of sellers are in the
same position as me and lots of buyers think the feedback system is just as an
amazon or facebook system. You buy, you're happy / not happy and you leave
feedback. Especially for the new buyers.

What do you think ?

Thanks for reading.

Then at what point can the buyer leave neutral or negative feedback?

Scenario 1: Buyer can leave feedback after sending the seller a message.
Buyer wasn't all that happy with the order, so he (or she) hits a few random
keys, decides that's enough for the "message" and hits Send. Now
he can leave whatever feedback he wants, and the seller still doesn't have
a chance to correct his mistake.

Scenario 2: Buyer can leave feedback after sending seller a message AND receiving
a response from the seller.
Seller receives a message from an unhappy buyer and simply (and malisciously)
doesn't respond. Buyer is unable to leave feedback.

I can't think of any other scenarios, and both the situations I just described
are clearly not working.

If these neutrals you receive bother you so much, then perhaps you need to rethink
how you pick your orders and try to find a way to avoid these mistakes you mentioned.

"I'm planning on leaving you negative feedback. What are you going to
offer me to avoid that?"

That's basically the message you're proposing, and it sounds an awful
lot like feedback extortion.

Thanks for checking out our store!

You can cancel your previous sales post and create a new one, but in your store
terms you still have your 13% fee which you apply on top of the overall purchase.
A 10ct piece in your store still costs 13ct. You're simply being deceptive!

That math is off. 10 + 13% = 11.3

Yes, you're correct. You got me there. But you didn't address the underlying
issue.

The fact remains that your 13% fee is deceptive. It's a very sneaky way of
luring in buyers with low prices, but you're still getting full price for
your pieces. You are offering your bricks for 11.5% less than what the buyer
eventually has to pay for them.
And as someone else has mentioned, since Bricklink only charges a fee on the
sales price and not on the additional fees, your 13% (that every buyer has to
pay) is a way of avoiding paying Bricklink what they're owed.
If you were to raise your prices by 13% and ditch the fee, then people will see
it as a legitimate business. But now you're running a despicable practice.
Shame on you!

Your 13% is simply a way to make your parts appear cheaper. Why don't you
just raise your prices to level the playing field?

I, and I think a lot of others, strongly disapprove of such practices.

Likely you followed a link there from an ad or something as it will always send
you to your most recent one it seems as every now and then I get sent to the
USA site as I sometimes click links that bring me there then the next time I
always get sent to the USA site

I have no recollection of following a link to get there.

Is it possible you wound up on a different country's site - like Canada's?

Highly unlikely.

Rivendell for $800
Liebherr Crawler Crane for $1050
Titanic for $1000

And that's before sales tax!

Is anyone else seeing this?

I just looked on lego.com and see 499.99 for Rivendell. But if I go to the Australian
site I see 799.99 for Rivendell

Checking some other prices I think you're on the Australian site - look for
"en-au" in the URL

Yes, it does have en-au in the url. But how and why???

Why is LEGO sending me to their Ozzie website?

I'm about to reopen my store after a 2 1/2 year hiatus. Is there anything
I should be aware of, has there anything changed significantly?

Your help will be appreciated.
