They just hit the inventory stage. Pharah has a pretty extensive armor made
of pieces. What am I doing with that?

Pharah should be built as shown all the way to Step 6 on Page 7 of the first
instruction manual. Mercy should be built as shown all the way to Step 5 on Page
11 of the first instruction manual.

| Based on many other catalog examples I would say that Mercy should have wings
in the assembly. I'm not sure if Pharah should just have the armor or
include the other pieces. I would like to find some comparable examples, though
all of this is up to an admin in the end.
