Yes

If you opened it when it was sealed and have been careful with the parts, you
could do the inventory yourself and use Sealed Set Contents as the source.
Most of the data is autofilled for you when you use the "Manual" form:

After that it's just a question of adding some minifigs and extras, and checking
the inventory against the parts that actually came in your set.

I got the set used, so can't guarantee 100% accuracy (Looks like it complete,
even comes with extra parts).
Also the whole 'catalog add or change' features confuse me, so that's
why I posted the parts list from the instructions, so someone whos used to doing
that can submit the parts forum.

Here is the reference page:

For patterned (pb) parts, all parts of the same mold are grouped together and
numbered sequentially. To see the latest additions, simply search by item number,
using the part number plus the "pb" plus an asterisk wild card (*), e.g. 3001pb*
Then sort the search results by item number, with the direction "down". See the
images attached below.
If you can't figure it out, please submit the item anyway with whatever item
number you can, and we will make the correction for you. A good image is really
the thing we are after the most.

Hi Fred,
I think the inventory admins need to see some evidence like photos of a sealed
set. It happens that in a set, there is not much consistency in parts! Never
underestimate TLG in surprising us!

I own this set as complete with box and not applied stickers sheet.
But I'm not the first owner.
So I'll cancel this request until I'm going to find an evidence.
