I can't find instructions anywhere for the actual builds, so they must be
on the CD. Without having appropriate instructions to base changes like this
off of, I do not think I am going to adjust any quantities of parts in this set.
If you can get access to the instructions of the builds, I would like to have
a copy of them.

The instructions are videos only on the cdrom
Some people share them on Youtube
8483 and 8482 have the same inventory right?
I think the following pdfs are made from print-screens of the video:

Thanks for finding those, Fred. Wow, those are going to take quite a bit of time
to go through. I may have to put this one on the back-burner for a bit before
I have the time to study this thoroughly.

Thank you for the help. Take whatever time is needed, I just wanted to share
my findings now that I found an almost sealed set.
