| Hi folks.
I've asked BL Help twice and got no reply. I can find no way to add or remove
countries from the "countries I ship to" list, I can't even find
the list. It used to be easy to do, but now even though I've gone through
every submenu in the Store Settings I can't find it.
Also, Store Settings says I ship to the USA (I'm in Australia), which is
what it was set to before the changes were made. But for some reason when people
in the US try to buy stuff from me they are blocked because I don't ship
to them.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

| Hello, I would like to charge €0.20 per lot if the total amount of a lot is less
than €0.50. Unfortunately, this is not taken into account by the system. Where
else have I made a mistake?

| Hi
Just to let every Belgium seller know: Mondial relay has changed there prices
to a Belgian pick up point. Below 500gram it is 50 cents more, above, it is more
then 1 euro, and the prices above 2,0001 Kg are insane (14 euro) (without any
notice)
All EU countries stayed the same (as far as I checked)
If you find any other changes, please share them.
Just be aware and change your shipping methodes to the right price.

| I am expecting negative feedback from a first time buyer because they say they
haven't received their package. Of course they requested the cheapest shipping
method but that did not include tracking. I have the receipt to prove i sent
the package. Any suggestions as to what steps i can take once they file a complaint?

| Hi all, I am just starting out to print labels through Shipstation. I am choosing
USPS ground advantage. I tried choosing the package type of bubble mailer or
flat envelope but it tells me that is an "invalid type". What are you
all using as a package type? Thanks.

| Received a high dollar order on Feb 10th. Pulled, Packed, Invoiced, Paid, Posted
all in about 24 hours. Post office received package on Feb 11th. As it's
an international shipment, it goes through the Chicago International Distribution
Center on the evening of Feb 16th. Then it basically disappears until April 12th.
No one knows where it went, how it got there, what cruise line it detoured through,
nothing. Here's what the time interval looks like on the USPS tracking page
looks:
- Processed Through USPS Regional Facility
CHICAGO IL INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER

NETHERLANDS

Did they travel through the Bermuda triangle? Where did it go? I cannot express
the amount of appreciation I have for an understanding customer who paid so much
for this order, and then patiently waited almost two months for a tracking update
from USPS. TWO MONTHS! It's almost like the postal service is purposefully
trying to kill off international business opportunities. First with huge price
jumps, then with a decreased level of service that borders on apathy.
The postal service told me that after it leaves the US there's not a lot
they can do, 'it's out of our hands'. Why offer tracking at all when
it's of little use? And when I asked them about filing a case for a missing
package, they tell me that it has to be missing at least 60 days before I can
file as a missing package. Insane, absolutely insane. Going to send a Christmas
box of dog poop to Mr DeJoy... through Fedex.

| Hi, I've been playing a lot with the shipping options. Unfortunately, it's
always a matter of luck whether it works for the buyer. Is there a way to test
the options too? I have created a workaround and a private account here. This
now works for domestic shipments. But how can I test worldwide shipping? I don't
want to create a separate test account for each country. Thanks Johannes

| Does anyone know if you can report a store for charging excess fees. i found
a store that charges 10 percent of your order plus an additional 75 cents. needless
to say, i will avoid that store for any purchase.

| When I opened my store shipping was a weight scale, starting at $3.00 but hat
really only covers First Class postage, which can't be tracked. One package
sent First Class still hasn't arrived to the sller, after 2 weeks.
I changed my shipping options to 2 methods that provide tracking information
- Ground Advantage for $5.95 and Priority which is $9.85.
Problem is buyers are still paying the $3.00 so every shipment I eat a min. of
$2.95. I'm sure it's something I haven't done, don't know how
to do, etc.
Suggestions?

| Hello there! When setting up shipping, does the weight margin apply to just the
weight of the items or to the item weight plus the base weight? So, if the base
weight is 1oz and the items purchased totals 5oz, would a 10% weight margin apply
to 5oz or 6oz?

| Hi
Just a quick heads up for those sellers who may not have noticed (LIKE ME until
today !!) that since the beginning of April, Royal Mail have reduced the compensation
on 'signed for' postage DOWN from £50 to £20. The main option to provide
cover over £20 is to use the new 'tracked' service (now up to £150 cover).
This new service was supposed to be available at Post Offices from the beginning
of April but it's been delayed so the only way at the moment is use the online
'click and drop' service.

| Not sure if this is the right category for this message but I just received an
order for something that is larger the lettermail, but Bricklink classified it
as lettermail. I have instructed the customer that this isn't possible, and
I don't expect for there to be problem there, but I am wondering who to contact
so the classification for that item can be changed so people in the future don't
have the same issue?

| Hey guys
I just now started to sell outside my country after we got all the permits (yes,
you need some for some countries, like for what shipping material you need, at
least as a company you need it).
So anyhow, we added a min-buy for shipping outside our country, but it seems
not to be working.
How it's setup:
I have shipping for my country
I have additional shipping for 4 other countries that i want to ship to
The store has no min-buy
The shipping in my country has no min-buy
The shipping for the 4 additional countries does have a min-buy (20.00)
So i'm not sure what i do wrong and why its not working? Anyone any idea
or do i miss an important step?

| Hi, I am going to start selling Lego pieces. I'm not sure how to print the
shipping label, Is that done through the shipping software, i.e. Ship station
or pirateship? Do you need to insert lables into your printer or do you need
a separate label printer? Thanks in advance for your help.

| Hey all,
I'm just attempting to start shipping outside the EU, and for the first try
I found a couple of nice customers (one UK, one Canada) who are helping me, but
there's still some things I can't figure out:
- In the CN35 form, where they ask me to describe the contents of the package,
that should be "used children's toys", right? Or do I have to mention
the Lego brand, or anything else?
- I found the link to print the VAT receipt for the UK order, but I don't
have that link for the Canada order. Is there a reason for that, or am I doing
something wrong? Buyer told me to not forget it, what can I do about that?
