Most of your purchases seem to be from overseas, and it looks like you are in
Utah. Are you using EASYBUY or are you clicking on a wanted list and selecting
BUY ALL? There are thousands of great stores here in the US.

Personally, I don't know why anyone would order from overseas. Too risky.
I'll say it again-There are thousands of great stores here in the US. Including
mine!!!

| Hi there.
This concerns a NPB , complaint i believe instead of NSS.
By the looks of it and the understanding of what you wrote;
The seller added picking and postal , and after that you did not pay the invoice.
For future overseas and or any purchases where instant checkout is unavailable;
Use a request quote option
Instead of the Invoice.
You could try to be nice, and request a cancel when the invoice is done and you
dislike the outcome..
But request quote is without the obligation.
Have a good one.
|
This is a problem; excessive postage is a legitimate reason to cancel an order
and should never result in feedback for either party as a transaction didn't
happen. And for postage costs there shouldn't be an option of an NPB. Holding
a buyer hostage because the shipping cost is beyond what they expected is not
a good way to do business. Most people don't understand how to ask for a
quote, many things are not intuitive here.

It's a bit confusing trying to corroborate your words here with feedbacks
left and received. It seems there's a NSS as well as a NPB filing involved?
Anyway, looking at both feedbacks left (plus reply) and your posted concern here...
It seems you're crossing each other in the night, so-to-speak. The "asking
price" was not increased, the invoice total increase due to postage and packaging
charges which is fairly commonplace here. On the other hand the seller apparently
doesn't have these added charges spelled-out within their terms.
Neither fully wrong nor right, and both perhaps too quick with punitive moves.
Remove feedbacks and open comms, would be my advise to you and your vendor. There's
always time and opportunity to reinstate negative feedback and punitive filings.

ignore the hate replies, focus on the members who are actually trying to help
you.
if you do not want to interact or see posts from 'problem members' .
scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on 'Report a Problem, then you
will see a highlighted 'Stop List' option in the paragraph... click on
it
enter users name & put them on your stop list.
this will prevent them from buying from you, & you won't see their replies
that are only intended to demoralize & degrade you.

Presumably this is the transaction with TheDudes123. They have now been suspended.
You will need to file a paypal complaint.
Do yourself a favour and check feedback before buying, that seller had loads
of negative ratings from before you order was placed. And even more since.

Did you file a PayPal claim, or a chargeback with your credit card if you paid
via Stripe? BrickLink can't get your money back for you.

I do not know what you are saying but, you have left feedback for 7 orders, 2
of which were negatives. It seems like your a bit beyond first time user.

First off use spellcheck.
Secondly this reads that you were invoiced for less than you placed the order
for.
If so, was it because of missing pieces? If so, it is extremely bad form to
demand you continue with the purchase. Personally, I know inventory mistakes
happen and have no problem with them unless it was the reason for the order in
the first place.
Also, for your first order, you need to file a PayPal claim on it.

If you're logged in, Prices in the Price Guide should show you the prices
including VAT, (if the corresponding lot is sold by an EU VAT Seller).
Sales Tax aren't for Europe.
| This is very missleading and just costs me time to now open 3
carts with the same products and ONLY AFTER I go to CHECKOUT the VAT is added...

Of course, BrickLinkk cannot guess who you are or where you are, especially if
using a VPN or a 'complicated' IP address.
You should be logged in, and it works.
| ALL PRICES SHOULD BE INCLUDING TAX. At least for EU. And if you area company
you will just get the tax cut at the checkout not the opposite way around.

Yes, if they know who you are. If you're not logged in they may not be able

| Hi, How do I set up so I see all prices INCLUDING VAT or SALES TAX. When searching
through the catalogue I would logically pick let´s say the first 5 parts based
on the cheapes only to realyse upon checkout they were shown excluding VAT which
is +20% .. this would actually put them in the middle of the results. Showing
prices without VAT is illegal in Slovakia and I guess it´s illegal all over EU.
How can there be prices shown without VAT mixed with prices that are total? Is
it a problem on BL side? I am in EU as buyer my location is EU I am not a company
nor do I have VAT registration to buy excluding VAT yet I see these prices in
the catalogue. This is very missleading and just costs me time to now open 3
carts with the same products and ONLY AFTER I go to CHECKOUT the VAT is added...

Hi,
This is a question you can ask directly to the seller. Some sellers will allow
it with a small packing charge but there are many sellers without a minimum purchase.

6% of feedback left by this buyer is negative (which is unheard of over so many

The funny part is that as a seller, they have a history of sending out dodgy
parts and then making excuses in their feedback replies.
They will be the 10th person added to my stoplist in 20 years.

Don't recall that conversation "teasing" or otherwise. Can you point

asking questions and wanting to know more. I found the same statistics you did
and was absolutely amazed they had so few "retaliatory" negatives.
