| I ordered 3 rare items but received three (vaguely similar) non-Lego items instead
- by mistake, I suppose, because a beginning seller may not know about 1950s
Lego pars.. I notified the seller. They did not reply to my message, which still
says 'unread', but refunded me anyway, so all is well, but the order
still sits on my order page. Should I hit 'complete' because it's
all dealt with, or shouldn't I because the order was not completed?

| Hi, I placed an order and now the seller asks me if I didn't get the invoice.
Well no, I was still waiting for it.
On their screen it says 'ready', on my screen too... Does 'ready'
mean that the invoice was sent?
I always get them without trouble, but right now, not in my BL messages, not
in my e-mail, not in my spambox, nowhere!
Or does the seller need to push some button after it says 'ready'?

| No! Those are my private notes. If I had a disupte over something with a seller
I could add a note saying 'jerk' just to warn myself not to have dealings with
them again. No need to be diplomatic here because nobody reads it but me.
If he coud read it he would immediately know it was me and the fight would get
nasty, so I would not be able to write my own subjective notes that are for my
eyes only.

| Sounds good. The forum is a joke because the same people keep posting, and certain
opinions will be (cancelled) before anyone reads them.

| I don't think that all small hobby sellers can get hold of a credit card. Banks
hand them out easier than they used to, but if you don't have an income I doubt
they will give you one. It's not a very common way of paying inside Europe anyway
since we do everything by PIN or bank transfers.
