| Hello everyone,
Maybe you can help me. We have a customer who opened an NSS on February 4th with
the reason that the goods had not been delivered.
According to DHL, the shipment was delivered, the customer does not respond to
messages and does not delete them.
I have already written several times under the link https://www.bricklink.com/helpDesk.asp
that the NSS should please be deleted.
Customer doesn't respond, Bricklink doesn't respond and we're constantly
on the verge of closing our shop if anyone else starts doing this.
Are there other ways to contact Bricklink?
Best regards

I don't like it when the only description of the head is the fig that it
goes to. Makes it hard to search.

I will submit a name change for this. I couldn't find it at all!

Thanks! I did something similar with a Ron head years ago, but wasn't feeling
ambitious enough to do it on this one.

Understood! Looking at those images makes me want to dig out my set and take

Thank you very much you two, you have really helped me. for some, the descriptions
are really a bit cumbersome.
i'm not sure now, only head number 16 is missing or did you include it in
the list. I hope I didn't overlook it.

| The consumer_key is similar to a username for logging in to the BrickLink API.
Only reasons I can think of it getting blocked would be over usage of the API
(I believe there's a 5,000 daily limit) or maybe your IP address changed
and is not valid for your access token.
Check this page and see if your Access Token has a certain IP address associated
with it.
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/api/register_consumer.page
In bricksync, if you type 'status' you can see what your API usage has
been over the last 24 hours... second and third to last lines.
See if either of those thrown up and answers.

I would also like to make a note here. It is unfair to receive a rating for shipping.
Received a neutral rating because the shipping from germany to usa took 42 days

I hope that this system will be rebuilt, because what can I do that the German
