Thought this was due out at midnight as they've been advertising January
1, 2022. Nothing is available on the website and the local store didn't get
any. Anyone know what's going on or when it is supposed to come out?

Shipping delays, they are made in Mexico, China, and the EU. My guess is one
of them messed up and there are delays in getting them to the US

I came across this while listing pieces today. Why are these items being removed
from the catalog?

Thanks!

Hello Bricklink users,

It was brought to my attention recently about how my store gets in the way of
some people buying wanted lists and I would like to stop that from being a possibility.
I recall a few years back a button that would remove me from wanted list searches.
First off, does that still exist? Secondly, where do I find it?

Thank you all so much!

PAB can be hit or miss. It depends on the parts and how widely available they
are. For example, I distinctly remember the sand green explosion of 2016, PAB
had never carried that color and then they did and every single store got it,
there is still a backlog, it would take about 3 and a half years at current demand
levels for the parts listed to sell. I have also found 8 x 8 plates though in
tan which sell for over 75 cents and they can top off and they pay well. Sorry
for my rambling but essentially you have to know what to look for.

I figured as much. I know that the PAB wall varies from store to store, but I
purchased a bunch of parts from the PAB wall back in 2017 and I just sold the
last of them on Thursday. So, like you said, you've got to know what you
are doing to make it worthwhile.

As a side note, how many 8 x 8 plates can you fit in a large PAB cup? If my math
is correct, at $0.75 each, you would need 21-22 of them to cover the cost of
the cup. I assume that you fill the empty space with smaller parts?

In total, I got 154 of them. I would fill the cup with 11477 or 24201 or 3023
and then I would toss 8 on top of the cup as the "extra" space. I have an extremely
good relationship with my local store so they allow me to do that. Whenever you
are doing PAB the rule, at least before covid, was the cup has to be able to
close but that includes tape. I would always add an inch of space between the
top of the cup and the bottom of the lid. Otherwise, I am quite certain you cannot
get 8x8's in a cup.

  Hi everyone,

Just opened a store to learn how works, I have small inventory for now but trying
to learn how to setup settings, shipping terms etc.

Please if anybody have constructive advice to anyone opening a store, like essential
terms and policies etc that can help first starters let us know!!

I would appreciate if users check my store and also advise me on any recommendations!

I have seen great people here and hope this marketplace continues the same great
path that have been on.

Looks great! Just keep adding lots, and you'll be getting orders in no time!

I noticed that you have the following line (twice) in your shipping policy:

"After the shipment has been made, the seller is no longer responsible for damage
that may be caused to the product(s) during shipment unless the buyer purchased
shipping insurance before checkout."

This is not really enforceable if you accept payment via PayPal. I've been
fortunate that I've never had a package lost, stolen, or damaged during transit,
but it is my understanding that when it happens, PayPal holds the seller responsible
for either refunding the buyer or resending the goods, regardless of whether
or not the package was insured. The purpose of insurance is to cover the seller's
loss in such a situation, and there is no benefit to the buyer of purchasing
insurance.

Also, just wanted to add that I noticed that a lot of your parts come from the
Pick-A-Brick wall. You might want to shy away from that, as that tends to be
a pretty saturated market. Not an expert in this area, though.

I have also found 8 x 8 plates though in

for my rambling but essentially you have to know what to look for.

And now for OP. The best way to increase sales is to increase your store inventory.
It depends on how you want to do it though, you can part out lots of sets which
will get your numbers quite higher. This can often times be very expensive though
as you will be spending hundreds of dollars to increase sales.

There is also used lot buying and listing but to be quite frank I only recommend
this for people with huge amounts of time on their hands because it is very very
labor intensive.

All up to you though!

Any questions let me know.

I am currently working on making custom starfighters and I was going to use set
75214 as a basis for the parts but it isn't inventoried. After a little bit
of digging, I found this list, https://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?invRes=Y
There are still minifigs from the spring wave. There is no other way to get the
inventory that goes directly to the wanted list. Any tips to get it up fast without
copying the instructions?
