Whilst I am strongly of the opinion that Brexit is ridiculous, only one of the
three problems you mentioned are caused by it.
Imports from the UK will now be taxed, yes this is Brexit.
The threshold being removed is not Brexit it was an EU move that applies to imports
from all third party countries.
Being charged twice is an error due to poor implementation of the OMP regulations
either by your country's customs or Bricklink, again not Brexit.

Answer all of his/her questions as best you can, try to alleviate the discomfort
they obviously have ordering from (lets face it)what looks like an amateur site
and create a confident relaxed buyer who will continue to use Bricklink. Any
other response is that of a poor and amateur seller.

This is an over 18 site full of people obsessed (and I don't think obsessed
is too strong a word...just look at the intensity and dedication shown by those
people that form the catalogue.) with a child's toy. While I'm sure there
are some here who only see an opportunity to make some money from a highly sort
after commodity (and good luck to them they are part of the beauty and usefulness
of this site) the vast majority are LEGO fanatics for whatever their own reasons
are. This being the case, in the whole wide world you possibly are weird but
here on Bricklink you are just another AFOL, we all are to one degree or another,

I understand your frustration but I think your idea is outlandish.

A buyer has the right to cancel an order no matter how big/small and no matter
how new they are.

If you're getting this frustrated set up IC, that will mitigate most of the
issue.

We all have to start somewhere, me and you both had 0 feedback once right? Be
the bigger person, cancel their order and move on. Simple. If you're getting
loads of cancellations then it's most likely your issue with shipping prices
or something, given your recent feedback and your retaliatory feedback I'm
inclined to believe that's true.

Sort yourself out, don't penalise others.

+1 new buyers are to be helped, encouraged and persuaded to stay, not scared
off by impatient sellers, there is no shortage of sellers here its new buyers
we need.

Guys, what i am saying maybe cliché but many sellers here should have already
experienced those irresponsible people who order and go away or give those funny
excuses blah blah blah. i am not asking for any kind of punishment to those people,
i just hope the management of bricklink can work out something to avoid these
so as to have a better protection to our sellers.(such as set limitations for
new account or consequences of cancellation) thank you for your time. God bless.

You want to run a shop but you don't want to deal with customers?

yes people who order then change their mind are frustrating but you are sounding
to me like the irresponsible one if you can't accommodate that.

Surely its a choice of which stickers to apply to the front section so that you
can have 2 versions with different nose art.

Serious question then as I want my store to have the best policies.

I dont sell sets as a rule but I have 1 listed as complete BUT I dont have the
box. Is it still complete.

I genuinely want advice and would happily amend. but if I list it as incomplete
due to missing box would I then loose views as customers assume that it is missing
parts.

Your comment regarding Mini-figures is correct and this does mess up the average
price of sets. A mini-figure is a part and if missing then the set is most definitively
not complete.

Thanks
