1000% Yes - the feedback system is terrible and broken. This would be one thing
that would improve it.

I agree, people who have always used coupons with me are forgetting frequently.
I of course am manually adding them for them and cancelling the old one out...
but it just creates more time for me to provide good customer service.

Good call out - I didn't know why this was happening.

A Feature?... Wow - completely disillusioned. Do they even use the site at all.
Do they have any idea how people interact with their product?

I have never in my life seen a company so disconnected from their customer.

I wrote the exact same thing to them today and received the exact same copy and
pasted answer back.

It would seem their excuse was that it had been out for us to test and we didn't
say anything? I don't have time to test your software for you.... There
are people paid to do that.

Other than to see how it looked, I didn't fiddle with it. I didn't think
in a million years you would completely remove a feature like this - outrageous.

So now I have no idea what stores have the parts with prices I'm willing
to pay. The Brick-efficiency type search is nice, but does not work for all
circumstances.

I would like that you be able to turn that on or off, if you have a coupon for
a store for example, it would be nice to turn it off ( showing only parts within
price range ) - or on.

Very much a big mistake to remove this feature, I will buy far far less on the
site with it turned off, as I don't have time to sort through stores and
60+ pages of items to find the price I'm willing to pay.
