Hey all, was parting out set 21159 and the torso for MIN081 was tan instead of
dark red. Anyone interested? Just send us a message. Five years of doing this,
and first time we've seen this!

We are shop in the US and received an order from Austria. The VAT tax was included
and paid. We were able to print off the BrickLink VAT receipt which was attached
in the email from BrickLink.

I went to our local USPS office, and as a side note it is not the greatest post
office... they don't know what is going on with most complicated shipping
options. So it's possible that they truly just don't know what to do.
But I asked about attaching the receipt on the outside for customs and they said
it didn't need it. I explained it was so that customs could know that VAT
information. Eventually I just told them I was going to just attach it.

After that, there was no question from the postal worker about the BrickLink
IOSS number. And I did not think they would have any idea what I was talking
about if I asked to give it to them.

Has anyone gone through this process yet? Am I supposed to ask about the IOSS
number? And do I need to have the VAT receipt to be facing outward so they can
see it? Just wondering if anyone on the US side of things has any advise on how
to implement these new changes. Thanks!

Hey, we are thinking about buying a counter scale to help with inventory - we
are hoping to find one that can count small, very light pieces such as 1x1 tile,
1x1 round plate, etc all the way up to 2x4 bricks.. does anyone use a counter
scale to help be more efficient pulling orders? Or to help with adding inventory
more quickly? Thanks for the feedback.
