It is a Link like this one:

it only appears after the order is Paid with PayPal Onsite or Stripe Onsite.
If the so you can try changing the order ID in this link and see what you get.

Have you checked it was paid onsite?

Yeah, I think that's the problem, he didn't pay onsite.
He paid directly on PayPal.

No, no, the link should be there when BL collects VAT.  It’s to prove to UK customs
that the VAT was already paid.

Oh, is your buyer in Nothern Ireland?  Because NI is special and is still in
the EU VAT zone.

Was the order above £135?
Because, in that case, BL doesn’t collect UK VAT and there’s no receipt.  The
buyer will pay VAT at reception, like in the olden times.

I removed the UK from the 'countries I ship to' list.

You can put a £135 limit on orders from UK and you won’t have problems with the
new rules
