| Hi,
Thus far i've had two letter post orders gone missing.
One domestic: although this one felt honestly sketchy , due to the fact the buyer
did receive a update in their postal app that the letter (including picture of
it) would arrive the next day.
- i have asked this buyer to check in with their neighbours because it might
had been posted in the wrong mailbox; no avail.
- after that i've agreed with the buyer to wait for delivery for a maximum
of 2 weeks.
- on agreed upon date still no package arrived? Instant 100% refund including
shipping.
The other letter was an international order from NL to France:
Here also nicely communicated with the buyer, with the only big difference being
the waiting time was much longer due to international post can sometimes take
forever where it normally takes a week or so..
This buyer also got refunded.
After this order i've stopped international orders to take place with Letters
as their delivery method.
International postal rules state : goods/producte cant be sent with the letter
method.
This greatly increases the chance for a letter to get lost/seized/destroyed.
Alot of sellers here and elsewhere are not yet fully aware of this.
That combined with their harsh stance in their (illegal) ToS statements,
Can cause some problems for shops in the (near) future.
Aliexpress flooded this into exinstance.

You do know connecting to internet, turning on the computer(let alone a 24h on
pc for syncing) also produces co2 right?
And an ecologist going online, to buy Plastic that complains about a sheet of
paper truely is lost in my point of view.
But the world sees greater forms of stupidity these days though.

| Hi there.
This concerns a NPB , complaint i believe instead of NSS.
By the looks of it and the understanding of what you wrote;
The seller added picking and postal , and after that you did not pay the invoice.
For future overseas and or any purchases where instant checkout is unavailable;
Use a request quote option
Instead of the Invoice.
You could try to be nice, and request a cancel when the invoice is done and you
dislike the outcome..
But request quote is without the obligation.

| I also have a other related question;
Does the same line continue down to part level for special parts thst come in
its own package?
This would implicate :
Capes and Nets for example.
New parted out parts, that are removed from their package should be "incomplete"?
And can only be New when kept and stored in its package?

| I did the same; also i found the QR code part a bit funny.
When you think about it how can you check if a instruction was viewed and or
read by somebody?
If you where just to read it qualify's as used..
So basicly you'll have to handle them blind to be new.
But on the otherhand you can scan the code and list it new; as long as you did
not read the booklet.
It might be because of a code can be scanned only once on 1 account.. but i do
wonder

| If you take a slight look those number of listings are quite massive and very
baked much baked in..
By that point i would set the report listing feature to that it automaticly triggers
a lot into a custom listing on 1st report, and have a looksie by moderator or
personel after 2+ reports.. they already have massively tied hands when it comes
to time and work(load).
But im very curious indeed.. already posted a suggestion topic about the rules.

| The way i see the mail; only instruction and or package missing counts as Incomplete.
Any (parts, figs, stickers) missing , custom lot..
But the rules on it are not saying the same (yet) and are open to point of view.
I do see the benefit of listing being more accurate in prices and for buyers
i think its nice that they wont buy a set , missing a comment ; thinking they
have a great deal only to be bummed out that the figures where missing that the
buyer was possible after.

| Hi there.
Following up on the just just send out newsletter;
It stated clearly that sets have to be marked as a custom set , instead as "incomplete"
when minifigures are missing.
As of now the rules on this are somewhat subject to point of view.
Also it states on the page before the definitions that incomplete sets status
does count when minififures are missing.
"Item For Sale Condition (New/Used) and Sub-Condition (Complete/Incomplete/Sealed)
must adhere to their respective Definitions. For example, sets which have been
previously built must be listed as Used. Sets without Minifigures must be listed
as Incomplete."

| This seems to be the data and accurate.
But this data/screenshot comes from the actual page concerning the refund.
What i was talking about (a possible balance issue).
Can be checked on the homepage of stripe (when at bricklink part , if seller
has other market places connected)
On the dashboard there is a graph , also this part containing the set dates
of payout.
If a refund is set to bring the seller in a negative balance on stripe; the refund
wont go trough.

| You seem to hold on to your ToS very tightly..
A ToS still needs to uphold the law.
Stating in a ToS that shipping cost wont be refunded for example (just a example
have not checked yours) is a wonderfull way to protect yourself to go wet on
shipping on one order.
But if i where to buy from you, and you shipped it towards me in the netherlands.
You also have to work in line with our local laws.
This means i could ask you for a full refund including shipping and any other
fees.
I offcoarse have to send it back retour to the seller ,
But because i have to at one point also receive a refund on the initial shipping
cost,
I would find it reasonable to receice a shipping label upfront.
Send the items back, after processing by the seller i would get the remaining
refund (items+ fees , excl shipping cost that where already refunded)
On this case: honestly im not seeing anything outragous from the buyer,
For my personal store i started to contact buyers when something is not right,
When i packed the order. Asking if they would still receive the order if its
small, or a refund.
The latter when communicated rightly is the 98% choise, when the missing items
are refunded before shipped on agreement; the missing items are also technical
not part of the order any longer, and when done right should not evolve to negative
feedback i think.
And remember, life is 20% what happens , 80% how you react to it.

| Ive noticed once that refunds through stripe, use the same dates as payout to
seller (stripe holds the funds for some amount of time and pays out on set dates,
if so orders will be accumulated)
Payouts in refunds follow the same time frame but the other way around (stripe
to buyer)
Stripe wont go into negative on the sellers account.
So the seller needs to have the 1.8K gbp or more in his stripe balance , to make
this refund go through from stripe to in this case you.
I feel like the seller is not aware of this.
I think his balance in stripe is not high enough to set the refund through.
If his funds got paid out to his bank account before the refund was set; this
could be a likely scenario.
Please ask to seller to check in his stripe account, check if the balance is
enough.
And wich date the next payout would be.
He should see somewhere that there is a pending refund also.
Note; for high value orders like these the paypal fee's are a pain but it
does come with extra buyer protection.
Also refunds with paypal are much faster paid out

| When Guidelines are in the picture i cannot help myself:
The term written as "parlay" on the Pirata Codex was known as a right
in the Code of the Pirate Brethren, set down by Morgan and Bartholomew, that
allowed any person to invoke temporary protection and brought before the captain
to "negotiate" without being attacked until the parley is complete.
Following that , i argue it should be allowed atleast untill it is clear that
it either is or isnt allowed.
