After 10+ years of selling, the time has come for GB Bricks to close its doors
on Feb 28th 2023.

All items are currently at 75% off. Anything left after Feb 28th will be sold
off in a bulk lot.

If anyone wants to purchase the entire inventory, please contact me directly
through the message system.

All storage will also be sold off (including Akro-Mills drawers, totes and stackable
drawers), if interested, please contact me.

Thank you for all the buyers that we have dealt with over the years.

Thanks all, It doesn't have any logos, so I wasn't convinced that it
was Lego.

Each seller chooses the payment methods they want to accept. There are many that
offer alternatives to PayPal such as bank transfers, Stripe etc. If you have
an issue using PayPal then just check what other methods the seller has set up
before ordering.

I understand not just changing sellers inventory for them, but is there any way
of adding some functionality to notify sellers with items that get changed so
we are aware we need to take some action. I'm guessing probably not with
the 'unique' coding BL is made up of, but thought I would ask

Oh, what I would give for an edit function...

By notify, I mean some sort of notification similar to pending orders etc, not
just a small line at the bottom of the inventory screen which is easily missed.
I know its also shown on my profile page, but I never look at that screen. Also,
a notification of a change that doesn't lead to the original item being deleted
but still may need some attention from sellers.

I’ve noticed as of late that there have been some changes to the catalog resulting
in a number of my items being changed to “undetermined type”. For example 1x1x5
bricks listed as 2453 used to be hollow stud and 2453b was solid. Now 2453 is
undetermined, hollow is 2453a and solid 2453b

Is there an easy fix for this beyond manually changing each item part number?
Also, is there a list of the parts that have been changed in this way?

You will be notified if your store has any items that are marked for deletion.
Other than that, you may just search for the word "undetermined".

For the admins- is it possible for you guys to automatically do this for the
sellers when you make the changes?

Yes, we could move your listings, but that would defeat the whole purpose of
the transition. The hard part isn't changing 2453 to 2453a on your store
inventory page. The correct way involves physically locating all your parts in
this variant group and sorting them.

Btw, there have always been such changes in the catalog. But it is true, we have
been increasing the frequency a bit as of late.

Its currently 2 clicks per order - one to select the dropdown, one to select
status. I don't see how a different method would save a lot of clicks, you
would still need to select which orders you are changing the status on. Now maybe
if there were hundreds of orders a day needing to be changed I can see how this
would be a benefit, but I'm guessing its not that many.

Maybe I'm just having a bad day and not understanding things.

  Hi Captain Q,

You can do as Vegitt has suggested but I think you wanted a way to apply a status
to multiple orders without having to use the drop-down for each, saving many
clicks - correct? I changed this post to a suggestion so people can vote.

Thanks!

Greetings good citizen of Bricklink forums,

I have been wondering for some time, is there a way to change the "order status"
of multiple orders at once? It would be nice to change all orders that are
packed/paid to "shipped" when the time is right. Is there a way to do this
that I don't see? It gets tedious changing the status one by one.

Thank you!

Cheers,
Captain Q

Just select shipped from the dropdown next to each order you want to change then
press submit, no need to press submit after each order.

Not sure I am liking the new drop down boxes on the Orders page since this morning...

I use a MAC and I find the frames and text are a bit too thin... Can hardly see
them especially when viewing the screen at an angle. Its all a bit of a blur!!
(I always stand next to my partner when picking orders, so am looking from an
angle).

The colours do help a bit. Thats a nice touch that has been there for a while
when viewed on the iPhone.

Maybe the text in Bold please!! (pending, paid, shipped, etc... )

... just MyTwoPence Bricks ...

Am I missing something? I don't see any change on the orders page, both placed
and received look the same to me.
