In a new set feathers come on a round sprue. Whatever color the set used, you
got a full sprue that color with 1 of each feather. But the sprue can't
be in the inventory because some of the feathers are in minifig inventories.
The remainder that are not used get put in the inventory.
But maybe they should be in the extras section, if they aren't.

It was always going to be an issue when the decision was made to include them
in the main inventory instead of as extras.

I checked and double checked the instructions for both of these and only 4 rubber bands are used. For the piece #32002 there are 2 dark gray and 2 light gray in each for a total of 4 dark gray and 4 light gray.
