I should have read the comments/feedback before buying from this one seller.
He left me a negative feedback after I left him a neutral one. Most of the comments
about him concerned his high price of shipping . My feedback to him was about
stuffing over 100 in two snack sized baggies. I tried talking to him but he is
very belligerent. Why does Bricklink still allow him to have a store

It would be helpful to know city where store located to facilitate local pickup
if allowed.+

If you have ever bought from a store before the address is at the bottom of the
order page. Otherwise contact the seller and they could tell you

Check the seller's terms/splash pages. They might be away. Otherwise you
have to open a PayPal case to be refunded.

Not worth the money and effort I just want Bricklink to know and get involved

How long should I wait before reporting a non-communicating seller. I received
an order that was shy on what I paid for, and the seller has not responded in
over a week. Another has not responded when I asked for a tracking number even
though it says the order has shipped. So once again my question is how long do
I wait before filing a complaint?

Please don't let the sellers change status to shipped until the item in in
possession of the shipper. I have orders go a week with the USPS status being
label created order not yet in their possession.

Some stores only ship once or twice a week. Read the store terms to see if they
say how often they ship orders. If you are concerned about an order, reach out
to the seller and politely ask if your order has been shipped.

As others have said, sometimes the courier does not scan the label in, and you
will not see an update until it has reached its next destination. This is particularly
true for first class mail in the USA.

Most of my orders the post office has been good about keeping up with the tracking.
One seller took over 3 weeks before the post office changed status to received.
This was after trying numerous times to communicate with the seller

How long should I wait before reporting a non-communicating seller? I inventoried
one order and now the seller has not answered for the missing parts. I asked
another seller for the tracking number for an order, and he has not responded.

I requested a quote the other day for an item costing 45 euro.

I got a quote back with shipping cost and 3 additional fees

Adding up to 30 euro. So the 44 euro item would cost me 75 euro

Total: EUR 44.99
Shipping: EUR 13.10
Insurance: EUR 6.45
Additional Charges 1: EUR 6.15
Additional Charges 2: EUR 4.90

Grand Total: EUR 75.59

Shipping + insurance + BL fees + PayPal fees

I appreciate the transparency but it is seriously off putting and the fees are
exorbitant.

Why are they passing the BL and Paypal fees along to you, that is the cost of
doing business

  BL fees 13.6%
Paypal fees 10.9%

And insurance is for the seller, not the buyer. Not sure why that is past on
to the buyer. It is in case the package is lost/damaged in transit, it has nothing
to do with the buyer.

I guess the seller is free to charge whatever he wants and it is up to the buyer
to accept it or not, but I just wonder how this impact sales and if a different
strategy would actually result in a higher net return.

Thoughts?

I had placed an order in Jun 9th and this guy has never shipped the items to
me nor neither replied any message. I posted this because I don’t want anyone
here will lose any money but never get what you want. My son has been looking
for a part for replacing his minifigure. And now I have to look and pay again.
This seller is definitely irresponsible and not reliable at all.

You should leave feedback if you want to warn others.

Alot of people don't read the feedback and probably don't read here either.
i am having the same problem with another seller I waited 3 days for an invoice
and now another 3 days for it to ship. i will wait 3 more before submitting NSS

I am getting tired of sellers creating a label and changing status to shipped
before the item is in the shippers' hands. Sometimes it takes 2-3 days before
they turn it over to shipper
