Okay, I've checked every single set in which 3626cpx302 appears by set photos
and PCCs in instructions. The head is wrongly inventoried in 8 minifigures and
this is a result of the combination of two factors: (a) the poor-quality photo
for 3626cpx302 and (b) the incorrect assignment of a PCC to that part (and, of
course, inattention).
This head came in sets from 2012-2014 and had the PCC 4259916 (except in one
set, 850839, for which the PCC was 6044001):
There was a break in 2015, then this head appeared in sets from 2016-2018 and
had the PCC 6100217:
The heads don't really look that similar upon reasonably close examination
(see attached photos).
Since you first discovered this error, I invite you to submit the changes because
you deserve the credit. If you'd prefer me to make the changes directly,
then please let me know. The following changes need to be made:
First, this head needs to be inventoried in each of these figures:

[M=cty641]
[M=cty616]
[M=cty644]
[M=cty830]
[M=cty836]
Second, the PCC 6100217 needs to be removed from this head:

I'd like to publicly thank Russell for learning me how to do LEGO investigations
like this one. I also thank axaday for submitting the correct head to the catalog
(two years after it was first released!).

No problem at all and no need for an apology. You summarized the changes very
well that need to be made.
I entered the change requests for the minifig inventories. I don't know how
to remove a PCC from a part - please do that for us.
I also cannot add the 3626bpx302 image to 3626cpx302 because the upload script
tells me that it is too small... Is there a larger version somewhere on the server?

Ok, you can see it on the pictures of all newer minifigs (except the one with
a helmet) with head 3626cpx302 that this head in the inventories is wrong (brown
vs. black cheek lines).

It's not a big deal, you are right. We always ship orders in cardboard boxes
if the shopping cart weight is over ~25 grams or in case the order contains delicate
parts. But forcing all sellers to ship orders in cardboard boxes cannot be the
answer.
Our experience is that a certain number of customers *expect* and *want* their
orders to be shipped in bubblewrap envelopes. From time to time we are being
asked to ship even larger orders in bubblewrap envelopes.
There are more reasons to ship orders in bubblewrap envelopes as you may think
of. Examples:
- some customers have to pay customs fees and import taxes for parcels but not
for letters (and their customs office treats every cardboard box as a parcel
even if it was shipped as a "letter")
- bubblewrap envelopes may fit into customers's letterboxes while cardboard
boxes would not fit
- some post offices stack parcels onto each other regardless of how heavy and
large they are but treat bubblewrap envelopes with more care

| To better adapt order notification and order invoice templates for instant and
non-instant invoices/payments, I suggest an "INSTANT" conditional block macro
tag.
From my point of view, we can improve the communication with our customers and
their shopping experience if the e-mails they receive do not contain unnecessary
or inapplicable information.
Example: We received messages from customers who asked "Why do I receive an invoice
with payment instructions? I already paid!"

| Hello Jaclyn,
one year ago BL changed a wanted list key feature. Are you and the developers
even aware of it?
When clicking on "Wanted List" after entering a store, BL shows me the items
this store offers which are on my wanted list. Before the update, the list only
contained the items from my wanted list which were priced below my max prices.
This changed with the update of the store fronts: Now always *all* items are
being shown. The only difference is, that the "Max price:" information of items
with prices higher than my max prices is being shown in red letters.
Too much information! I do not want to scroll through the bigger part of my wanted
list every time, I simply want to know quickly which items from my wanted list
are available for a good price in a specific store... no chance. I have not used
my wanted list for a year now.

| My prices include VAT. The item prices shown to buyers from an EU country are
with VAT, the prices shown to buyers from outside the EU like you are without
VAT. European buyer's can't get misleaded because the item prices shown
to them do always include VAT.
The items prices in the price guide resulting from my sales are always considered
with VAT, no matter if buyers from inside or outside of the EU have purchased
the items.
In Suggestions, WILYKAT writes:

People in Europe also can get misleading result when the lowest price they find
do not include VAT. The buyers would have to search multiple stores manually

My suggestion:
add these options to the store setting:
Do the store require VAT? Yes/No (outside Europe the tax may be under different
terms, such as HST and GST in Canada)
Do seller want to include VAT in price? Yes/No This way store that already have
VAT included in price can either choose to temporarily opt out until price are
adjusted, then change to yes. Or they can choose not to participate in this and
leave the manual calculation to seller. By setting to YES, the price are automatically
adjusted for European buyers that has to pay VAT, and not raised for non European
buyers.
That way when the price guide are updated with new sales, the parts flagged as
VAT included can be adjusted to reflect correct price. And buyers outside Europe
can see cheaper price while buyers in Europe won't get mislead with low price.
In theory it shouldn't be hard to implement it. It's one extra calculation
on server end, and a couple more options to save. The challenge is figuring the
correct percent (seller enters %) and making sure the seller doesn't abuse
this to collect personal taxes rather than paying the taxes to the government.
Taxes gives me headaches, I'll let the expert sort it out if this is considered
viable suggestion.
