It comes on 4502 in that set. According to Bricklink rules, you do not have
to include it for the set to be considered complete, but you should certainly
note it in the description if you don't include it.

In Catalog, paolocolombo writes:
Item 4502a is entered in the set inventory (BL & Peeron).
It is not shown anywhere in the assembly instructions or images.
I didn't see it on youtube.
How can that be? Thanks for the answers.

The three plumes came on a sprue:

Part No: 4502 Name: Minifigure, Plume / Feather Wheel, 3 on Sprue
*
4502 (Inv) Minifigure, Plume / Feather Wheel, 3 on Sprue
Parts: Minifigure, Headgear Accessory

Normally, it would be the sprue (= what you get in a New Sealed set) that should
be in the inventories.
But, generally, one of the plumes is used to build a minifigure.
So that plume is in the minifigure’s inventory and the two other plumes are in
the set’s inventory.
And they are in the Regular section because that’s where the intact sprue would
be.

It happens to me more and more often that buyers do not release feedback.
This is unpleasant, especially for sales with low amounts that involve a lot
of work.
You can think of a kind of sanction: if you don't release feedback within
30 days, automatically, that buyer will have neutral feedback with the motivation
"he hasn't released feedback" (it's just an example).
Paolo

I think you have a high feedback ratio already. 82 order total, of which 4 cancelled
in the last 6 months. So 78 actual orders and 58 feedback, thats about 75%.

I'm around 55%

In some cases, after urging the buyer several times to release a fb, I got the
fb (100% positive)

Anything is possible however it takes so little, if you are satisfied and I'm
sure you were, drop the feedback. Statistically, whoever "forgets" the
fb is hi has just entered and has, in turn, very few or 0 fb.

In Feedback, tons_of_bricks writes:
Out of 82 orders, you have 57 that left positive feedback. That's 71%, an
incredibly high rate (ours is at 58%). How about you focus on those who have
left feedback rather than those who haven't. Your main goal as a seller should
be to satisfy your customers, not see how high of a score you can get on the
feedback counter. You assume that if that other 29% left feedback, they'd
all be positive, but its quite possible that some of those customers would give
neutral or even negative, but didn't because they didn't want to risk
escalating anything. Sometimes no news is good news.

In set 7416 Emperor ship, I found piece 32064c instead of 32064b (light gray).
Also on various clips on youtube you can clearly see the 32064c Perhaps it is
necessary to put it in alternate item.
I don't have permissions to increase inventory. How should this be done?

the videos on Youtube there is NOT that piece as, at that point of construction,
all 7 samples of the plate have already been used before pag. 31 of the instructions.
How can this be explained?

The set was redesigned, see the note at the bottom of the inventory:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemInv.asp?S=8016-1

The original instructions (with 7x 1x2 plate in light bluish gray) are available

In many sets from the 90s (e.g. 6354) BL reports 3626bp01 Yellow Minifigure,
Head Standard Grin Pattern - Blocked Open Stud while Peeron and others 3626ap01
SOLID Stud. How should you regulate?
Grazie!
