The part itself is not there, the program only shows hubcaps that fit the part,
i did enter the BL part number and also looked at all the wheel categories and
couldn't find it.

I just saw it’s considered as a decorated part by Studio: you need to check that
you’re not filtering them out.

If you still don’t find it, check you aren’t also filtering by colour availability
and haven’t chosen a colour it doesn’t exist in.

Or, less likely, maybe you hid the part (look in the Hidden Parts palette).

I might have to ask to add in the forum like the manual suggests.
Thank you.

Well, it’s mostly hpoort & me there….

Looking to find part 72206c01 (Wheel 24 x 12 with Pin Hole with Fixed Black Rubber
Tire)
in the Stud.io program, it's been out for a while now but can't find

Is there a way to update the programs' inventory? or somehow add the part?
TIA

It’s there.

Read the Help page: https://studiohelp.bricklink.com/hc/en-us/articles/8117942037911-Missing-parts

or the Parts FAQ: https://forum.bricklink.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6368

for the usual suspects.

We heard a great humorous sentence this week:
"sometimes you're the windshield and sometimes you're the bug"

LOVE IT! haha

Unfortunately I'm not sure what your alternatives are.

Do nothing until a case is opened or a chargeback is filed in PayPal. Don't
respond to anything until right before the deadline. Appeal an adverse decision.
Be petty and drag this out.

If you ship it out, couldn't they just demand a return and you're back
in the same boat?

Yes, and you might not get your stuff back.

We like the idea of wasting their time just as they have ours (the eye for an
eye approach) but our general spirit is to remove negativity from our orbit as
fast as possible.
We're grateful that admin has taken swift action to prevent this from happening
to others.

Usually I'm all in favor of refund and move on, but this one's a bit
ridiculous that they won't cover your PayPal fees on an attempted cancellation
of a $350 order. Unfortunately I'm not sure what your alternatives are.

Again, this isn't a big deal for us, just cheesed that we put the work for
a parent with no compassion or sense of responsibility who's raising the
next generation in the same manner.
99.99% of our customers are grateful customers.

This was a 61 lot $350+ paid order that we already packed.
We were contacted by both mother and son, neither of them agreed to be responsible
for the mistake.
We offered to refund minus our PayPal fees, they declined.

'You fix our mistake at your expense!' Gee, that's nice.

Jen

Yeah, this was a great opportunity for that mother to teach her kid to take responsibility,
instead she's enabling and validating it.
No compassion for small family business either.
Oh well, moving on

Bricklink Admin was very helpful and terminated the account,
We have a good stream of order and even though it hurts (our employees make good
wages, this is an hour to pack and an hour to return in addition to paypal fees),
it's the price of doing business and we can afford it- we're happy this
didn't happen to a user with less resources.
Hope everyone has a good weekend.
