It would be useful to have an Order status to go between "Received" and "Complete"
- something like "Queried" or "Querying" - for when I have started a communication
with the vendor - it's almost complete, but maybe a part missing?
Cheers, Ian

1) I see there have been other suggestions on updating the Excel format we can
download.
In the meantime, I am using CSV, but most formats have the same problem (for
me) -

In the "detail items" rows, it would really useful if the leading columns were
not blank, but had the data from the initial order row duplicated.

IE, the columns :
Order ID, Order Date, Seller, Base Currency, Shipping, Insurance, Add Chrg 1,
Add Chrg 2, Credit, Coupon Credit, Order Total, Base Grand Total, Total Lots,
Total Items, Order Status, Order Status Changed, Pmt In, Pmt Method, Order Note,
Tracking No, Location

This would allow the spreadsheet to be sorted by any criteria, without loosing
the connection to that 1st row.

In fact, when the detail items are listed, if that data was filled in, then there
is no need for the initial order row.

This is specific to the spreadsheet form, but as CSV is used in the same ways,
I think that should be done the same way too.

I would also make these suggestions -
2) The xml format does not seem to honour the "detail items" option - why not?
3) The file names all seem to default to *.txt - where as .xml .csv etc would
be better

I hope this is useful feedback.
