Are any other US Stores having shipping issues to international addresses lately?

We have had 3 lost in the last 60 days. No trace after it reaches country arrival.
All 3, the tracking info stops at that point.

I am on phone with Paypal currently. They are aware of the issue. It may be
a few days before it is fully up and running again. Being a 3rd party, Shipstation
still does not have customer support but they are looking into it.

The platform alone is over 20 years old and outdated.

How do stores found out how much year end we have spent on Shipping? (for tax
filing).
Bricklink only includes what stores charge overall. Paypal used to have this
until Ship Station took over, and they don't have this option. Any suggestions?

+1 I’ve both and and revived packages where the tracking is not updated for multiple
steps including marked as delivered and they arrive fine so unless the buyer
reaches out saying it hasn’t arrived I wouldn’t worry as it’s for sure possible
it has arrived (especially for shipments outside of the USA)

Yes they did respond advising us they have not received it yet.

Sending invoice option is only working for first send. When you send a 2nd
or 3rd time, it is not working. I have 4 orders (5-6 days old) that have not
paid which I find odd, and now wondering if they are even receiving the first.
Is anyone else having this issue?

LEGO/Bricklink needs to get their color names using the same names on each platform.

I've implemented it, you can enable it for new orders only, or any other
supported notification.

If you give it a try then let me know and I make it available for download and
write a setup guide.

Ps, the app is BLS Manager, and it is free to use. InSpaceSync is just the Slack
bot/channel name.
