| Why can we not have all our messages go into our inbox on Bricklink? When someone
messages a seller who doesn’t have an order we get an email from BL with the
message. The message reply email isn’t even to the person asking the question.
You have to remove the BL email and put in their email or it will just go
to a dead box. It seems so simple to keep track of if we just keep all messages
on BL. It would even be better if we didn’t give out email addresses like most
other sites already block. They may also stop the spam we are all getting. Just
my 2 cents.

| It was for 4 Kama cloths. The buyer sent me this message,
I had to pay an extra $6.84 at the PO to get my package because the package was
flat and required priority shipping. Could you refund me 6.84 please.
It had the correct weight and size. It weighed less than an ounce and was sent
ground advantage. The label was printed through PP.
Any ideas?

| When a shopper/buyer clicks on the contact button to ask a question and you get
an email from BL where does it go when you reply. It just say BL in the box.
Does it go to the person through BL? No one ever replies to any of them. I usually
send to the email in the message to be sure they get it. It would be nice if
we had a place where these went on BL so they did not get lost in spam and we
could keep track of them. Is there a way I don’t know of?

The problem is BL has it as paid and the payment is not cleared. Oh and it is
99 lots. Here is their message.
It won’t let me attach an image but PayPal says “Your payment method will be
charged when Kathryn Iannaccio completes your order.” So this is not something
I can do anything about. You have to ship it, it delivers, then PayPal pays you.
No idea why but that’s what it says. I would imagine it tells you the same thing
somewhere, no.

| Is there or should there be 2 different listings for these? The old type (Trans)and
the newer type (Frosted). It would seem to be that if you buy them you are not
sure which you will get.

| Never asked never messaged just left feedback for air bubbles in the lightsabers.
Some buyer are just very unreasonable with their expectations and should understand
messaging sellers if you need or want certain things. Have sold tens of thousands
of them without issue. The old bars are hard to find 100% air bubble free and
the new ones are really not that nice. Oh well their loss.

| We refunded an order and it shows refunded through BL but it never went through
PP. I just don't know why and getting help from BL is almost impossible.

| The help desk is no help. 4 messages nothing not even a reply. The order was
shipped months ago, it was lost. It was refunded through BL. Contacted them 4
times nothing. What do you have to do, it has been a month with the alert.

| Had an order lost in the mail and the buyer opened a NSS which they new was a
lie because the tracking was sent and it showed the order was lost. They even
told me they new it was lost. I refunded the payment a week ago and even contacted
BL and nothing. I just don’t get why it didn’t go away when the refund went through.
So in a few days they can close it out and it counts against me. BL is no help
at all.

| I have an order with a buyer in another country and he told me that 50 out of
70 pieces are smushed and no longer usable. The issue I have is this. I sent
the package in a pretty big box to a distribution center who than more than likely
unpacked it and sent it with other stuff to him. I have asked him for a picture
of the original box which he for some reason has not sent me. The question is
if it was removed (which it was) and repacked how can I be liable for the damage?
The parts amount to about $70.00 and I basically got an email saying
they were smushed and please refund $70 to my PP account. Thanks. He also said
he sent me picture but I have never seen them. Just wondering if any one else
had this problem.

| I bought 50 of these at $14.44 each US dollar. Lando Calrissian, Old (Cape with
Collar) Why are they showing in the price guide sold at $17.66. It was not Euro.
All the figs that I bought in that order have the wrong sold price. I know what
I paid and the guide seems wrong.

| How is it possible for some one to file a NSS if they didn't pay for the
items?
