| I have been paid, but there is no money in my Paypal account. The mail I got
from Bricklink says 'payment status pending'.
In all other orders it was 'completed'.

| The buyer doesn't respond anymore and payment came after filing a NPB.
So at the time it is not possible to file a NPB again.
What to do now?

| Hello,
I hope somebody can help me with an order that has been paid by onsite payment.
I got Bricklink mail that the order is paid and the 'Payment status'
is 'Pending'.
The is no money in my Paypal account.
The seller wants me to cancel the order, because there is something wrong with
the payment. Not telling me what.
What is happening with such a payment and what is the smart thing to do?
- Cancel a paid order myself. (is it possible?)
- Let the buyer cancel this order. (is it possible?)
- File an NPB. (is it possible?)
Anybody has good advice for me? Never had this before.

| I think it is not a good idea.
The promotional Duplo Bricks are sold to buyers that collect these special bricks.
They are interested in special variants. Sellers have invested in them. It would
be very disapointing when these are merged.

I also agree with others that we should keep the variants as part of sets and
that there can be a general entry for those who doesn't care about the variants.

| Here the same. And every time I contact them, they say we will send your complaints
to custumorservice. But it doesn't get better.
Always praying that my sets will survive the trip from Vilvoorde.

| I can't find this one in the catalog. Although, not with the number from

| Maybe you can redirect mail from Bricklink in designated map. So the mail is
seperated from other mail and you can have a look at Bricklink mail when you
choose and the other mail is not overwhelmed by it.

| 76371pb057 - picture in catalog isn't blue, but medium blue.
If you want I can provide another picture from that brick, but I think it will
be enough to change the color name.
