How do I stop this website from logging me out on mobile browsers despite the

Why is the search function absolute garbage? I tried to look for solutions using
a few words and they were all excluded from the search results.

They're mostly focusing on Taxes (not even all of them) and Security.

But the Shipping methods are working (ignoring the fact you can't import/export
them), Buy All's a good move - but assuming Wanted-lists would work properly.
Collection is our latest joke.

Ah, but Studio is outstandigly good!

The rest works relatively well and reliably, but as if it was 2000 - see this
Forum?

This is nothing short of frustrating. Did the people “running” this site outsource
that responsibility to a chimp on an entire pharmacy’s worth of drugs? Is that
why nothing productive is getting done? Does this site even have an analytics
team?

The things is; most of us are VERY happy this site exists.

And for a site, at least, just staying alive is already a huge task

I'm very thankful to them for this.

Yeah, such a turnaround in total eclipses is historically unusual. The one prior
to your 2017 experience, was 38 years earlier in 1979. Making this one that much
more special, imho.

As to your acquired "x-ray vision": turn it inward to find out what's
gone wrong

We have a plan to address these light-up minifigures at some point in the future.

I'm very thankful to them for this.

Improving user experience should be high on the list of priorities, but we see
constant complaints from new users and small stores. The focus seems to be around
features that people aren’t asking for.

Hi,
I believe these two-tone kraata are supposed to go in the Rahkshi sets of Bionicles.
But I couldn't match them with any of the kraata pictured in the catalog.
(I'm a new user so maybe I'm not looking in the right place.)
The colors are hard to describe.
The one on the left is black with brown.
The middle one is gold with black.
The one on the right is gold with yellow.
If you could tell me which sets they belong to...or let me know where to look
for more information, I'd appreciate it.

How do I stop this website from logging me out on mobile browsers despite the
preferences cookies being enabled? I’ve been logged out four times today.

Why is the search function absolute garbage? I tried to look for solutions using

While I was working on cleaning up part

4532 Container, Cupboard 2 x 3 x 2 (Undetermined Type)
Parts: Container {Light Bluish Gray}

I came across multiple sets such as

71006-1 (Inv) The Simpsons House
2504 Parts, 6 Minifigures, 2014
Sets: The Simpsons

where they have the undetermined
as a normal entry and then have a solid/hollow version as an alternate in the
set.

for example set

71006-1 (Inv) The Simpsons House
2504 Parts, 6 Minifigures, 2014
Sets: The Simpsons

has

4532 Container, Cupboard 2 x 3 x 2 (Undetermined Type)
Parts: Container {Orange}

as a regular part with match ID 10

then has

4532a Container, Cupboard 2 x 3 x 2 - Solid Studs
Parts: Container {Orange}

as an alternate with match ID 10

but when watching a new build of the set it has

4532b Container, Cupboard 2 x 3 x 2 - Hollow Studs
Parts: Container {Orange}

then there are sets like

3179-1 (Inv) Repair Truck
114 Parts, 1 Minifigure, 2010
Sets: Town: City: Traffic

where

4532a Container, Cupboard 2 x 3 x 2 - Solid Studs
Parts: Container {Light Bluish Gray}

with match ID 3 in the main section and

4532 Container, Cupboard 2 x 3 x 2 (Undetermined Type)
Parts: Container {Light Bluish Gray}

with match ID 3 is listed as an alternate.

so I'm a little confused as to how to handle these ones. when alternates
are the main part in the inventory and the a or b is in the alternates or when
a or b is in the main inventory and the undetermined version is listed as an
alternate is this something that happened when the part was separated? I dont
really know what to do with these

Took me 40 years to see my first one. When I was younger I didn't think
about traveling for them and living in the midwest we'd always be clouded
in. So I drove down to Nashville'ish to sit directly on the centerline and
it was like getting punched in the soul.

We're lucky enough to have it skirt by just outside of Cincinnati this year
but I'll still drive a little further in to Indiana depending on the weather.
Still trying to figure out a kitschy sale promo as I'll leave the store
open but not be processing orders that day.

I am pretty sure you can find this out through what you sold or have for sale
(I see you have 5 red 4275a for sale, assuming they are correctly 4275a and not
4275b)

Your assumption is correct. It came with parts 4275a and 4276a.

didn't go with it.

I don't know if one can do the same on eBay
(it seems one can click the "Leave Feedback" button but I don't know
if the form can be submitted), but in any case, since eBay also tracks orders,
I imagine the order isn't complete until the buyer has received it (I don't
know what happens in cases where the order can't be tracked).

I think if the buyer marks the order as "Received" and then leaves positive
feedback the order should automatically complete. Maybe when the buyer leaves
any kind of feedback? Not sure about that last part.

The way I see it the very final option in the dropdown should be 'Received'
with no need for a 'Completed' option. The buyer essentially completes
their order by leaving feedback!

i.e they mark as received and then leave feedback once they are happy with their
order or if they are unhappy with their order they mark as received, message
seller for a resolution, wait for issue to be resolved(or not resolved) and then
leave appropriate feedback. By leaving feedback the buyer is finished with that
order and it is essentially complete

Buyer also can be too kind and post immediately a positive feedback when having
paid, or even before!

This would close the order as "Completed" while it wasn't meant

If the buyer has left feedback prior to item being received/shipped then that
would be a bit silly and they are in no better position regardless of whether
the order has been completed or not!

Kind of, re-read "while it wasn't meant" as "while it could haven't
been meant".

But who cares, the fact is there's no / not always relationship between feedback
and status.

I mean apart if everything's rewritten, like status, feedbacks, alerts...

But as of right now, a quick and easy way to straighten things would be to:

* redefine the Completed status in Help,

* or make seller not able to set the order to Completed.

Right now we're discussing in vain because it's one of the points where
BrickLink doesn't work or can't be used as described

That's okay I can round-up things then....

Basically a buyer doesn't leave feedback until they consider the order completed
thereby making the status of 'Completed' obsolete

I cannot think of a single situation where a buyer would leave feedback if they
didn't consider the order completed? Presumably they leave feedback when
they've either received goods and are happy (Order Completed) or they leave
negative/neutral feedback because they are unhappy with the sellers lack of resolve
(Order Completed)

On other platforms like ebay there is no Completed status because feedback alone
defines the orders status and rounds up the overall transaction as complete!

Shipping USPS International is outrageously expensive.

If you ship using Ascendia, the shipping is a bit cheaper, but it is going through
third party, so riskier.

That's quite a stereotype and says more about you than any quantity of Europeans.
In all my time here as a seller, I've had only 2 customers ask for a slightly
lower amount on their forms.

Must be another
BL in some parallel universe to the one I’ve operated within all those years,
and before the site implementation of tax collection/remittence.

Interesting, I’ve only had it once or twice myself, it’s a very very rare occurrence
for me.
