I think there’s a translation problem.  What’s in sets and polybags are “instructions,”
“manual,” “leaflet” (instrukcja obsługi, ulotka, broszura…).

What the admins want is a general newspaper, like Fakt or Gazeta Wyborcza….
Something that can prove the picture is recent.
You know, like in movies when kidnappers want to prove the person they kidnapped
is still alive.  They want to be sure your LEGO is still alive today

Admin doesnt reply to me so i have to reach for help to you. To verify my shop

never mark it as complete.

Please help me out and give me some feedback (if neccessary) how to make my shop

Good points. I think that after 30 days if a buyer has not changed the order
status to "Complete" then they probably will fall under the category
'dont care' and will not care if the seller changes the status to complete.

to a point maybe but even then I still on many occasions have buyers update it
months later. for example today just now a buyer finally marked an order from
September as complete and just the other day I had an order from November marked
as complete. some buyers just take their time and it can be frustrating if the
seller does it

is sent out and gets lost you will have to fully refund the buyer

negative reviews because of lost packages that got refunded.

Those negative reviews were in spite of the refund, not because of the refund.
Not refunding in these circumstances could get you an NSS and PayPal claim against
you in addition to negative feedback.

I already changed that, I now have a letter with Traceable shipping for $5.49

Yes, that'd seem crazy to me.

I never checked any tracking (apart if buyer ask me to), even at the beginning
of the shop.

And what for, especially while tracking can be completely false?


Just a story:

* One+ month ago, have an important DHL Express (courrier, expensive) to arrive
here.

* Couple days ago received an e-mail like "Success, delivered"! It was
for us to arrive, but nobody have seen it. We checked on line, the signee name
was unknown, neither its signature.

* We opened an inquiry at DHL. Papers to sign, bit of a pain.

* While this, we ordered the same thing another time to get it. Received fine
this time, nrxt or couple of days later, as expected.

* That was weeks ago. Yesterday (I swear) we sudenly received the first missing
order, never delivered. It took 1 month (for a next day delivery).

I guess driver signed it as he was to deliver it, the forgot, then the parcel
was forgotten in a warehouse...

Both tracking, signee and signature were lying, status was (and remains) incorrect.

Please sellers do your seller job: ship.

Then leave the IRL status to who's able to determine if it's received
or completed, or what they wish including not changing it.

I’d think they just send the order and wait to hear from the buyer if there’s
a problem.  Then they can look into tracking or whatever.

What would a seller about orders that went well?  I think it’s a situation where
the adage “no news is good news” applies.

Some buyers will still be unhappy and leave neutral/negative so writing in the
terms that they can’t unfortunately won’t really help sorry to say
