Tested on tile and while I could remove some most of it was still there after
10ish minutes of erasing/rubbing. With that in mind I might be able to but at
that point I would have to list it as used and put a warning on it

This is really unfortunate. I wonder if the change in packaging has anything
to do with this. Poly bags really didn't allow for much jostling, the boxes
seem to rattle quite a bit.
Thank you for posting your results here.
Also, it is refreshing to see a new seller so conscientious about doing things
correctly. Keep up the good work and never stop learning.

I do my best. I’ll be contacting Lego sometime later today though and we’ll see
what happens

So, do you believe it is the ink from the instructions? Do you feel it is possible
to be cleaned off without damaging the printing?

Sadly this is becoming more common, so call up LEGO and ask for a new one.

Once again LEGO speeding up production, putting not fully dried instructions
into the box staining the part

| Hey,
I recently put together the set mentioned in the subject and had the idea to
add an internal motor to try and make the car motorized. Wondering if anyone
has attempted this before I go at it blind.
My initial thought is that it shouldn't be too complicated. The differential
is easily accessed through the removable engine cover. There might be a big enough
gap in there for me to place a small motor in there. Need to take another look
at the front tires to see where I could set one up for them.
Any ideas or tips on how to get started would be greatly appreciated!

Don't understand the drawing; it says you can't shoot on someone already

That's very specific...

| We're mostly a castle system household when it comes to what the kids and
I build. The whole reason I even started parting out sets was to pillage parts
for us and sell the rest to offset everything. Concurrently, a game from my
childhood popped up on kickstarter and I ponied up for the super mega deluxe
version of Crossbows and Catapults. As we're patiently waiting for it's
delivery we've been adapting our LEGO play to incorporate break away walls
to knock down, but it's proving difficult because nothing has enough "oomph"
to knock things down.
This is way to weak with very short range.
These have some velocity but still don't have a lot of kinetic energy.
I never knew about this until this weekend, but I saw some knockoffs with a rubber
tip. Is it powerful enough to knock over a few bricks from 4-5 feet away?
|
Hi,
I kept that system from Exo-Force set
that is quite powerful. You cans use it with Bionicle Zamor Spheres
|
I totally forgot about that one! It's probably better at being able to be
aimed appropriately.
| But this part
is also great to launch them

I second that. Zamor spheres are large, heavy, and pack quite a punch from the
launchers being squeezed together.
|
Yep! You can really launch them if you get the pressure just right.
