Agreed, far better to ask here first.

Apparently you've got PayPal on site - it SHOULD work.

Some in US/CAN may know better though...

Looks good now, the "doesn't ship to your state" message a buyer
would see should be resolved with the onsite Paypal setup.

store, I've sent 2 messages through Problem center with no response, is there
any other way to contact someone? Serious question: Does anymore ever respond?
Getting frustrated...

I know my problem has something to do with Sales tax, my store won't ship
to any states that take out sales tax. I just don't know what I have set
up wrong.

I won’t be able to help (no sales tax). But you might want to change the Legos
to Lego in your store banner

Apparently this fairly impactful action feature has had salient term changes,
since the page was updated 9 months ago?

https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1471555

Not a big user of the these tools here, so could have misunderstood the whole
thing. But if that is indeed the case, maybe someone with access could sneak
in to do another quick update to what seems to me as a fairly important page

https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=72

”If there is no payment or communication from the buyer within seven days
of submitting an order, the seller may file a Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) alert.”

Non-Paying Buyer Alert will appear if the following conditions are met:

-You are the seller in the transaction
-At least seven days have passed since the order was last submitted or
updated.
-Current Order Status cannot be NPB, NPX, NRS, NSS or Cancelled.
-Current Payment Status cannot be Paid.

  Hi,

me again. Buyer is obviously trying to get someone to ship without paying. Two
recent NPB's. Somehow I can only choose a OCR and no NPB. Possibly because
at some point I accidently changed the status to paid and them changed it back
to ready?

Check it "NOT Paid" status in the Order Edit page.
Click here close to your order.

Or is the buyer already banned after two NPB's and no longer active, so no
more NBP's can be filed?

I want to have my set available for selling again. So should I just go thru the
OCR now?

I think it’s the correct variant but check the underside.

When you can’t find a part with the engraved number (“3228” here), use an asterisk
to search the variants/decorated parts/assemblies: “3228*”.

The part I have has a hollow stud on top but is otherwise nearly identical to
the Lego counterpart. Is it a knockoff? Some casual research shows that Lego
and Hasbro have partnered in the past.

Thanks!

Bob

This part always had a solid stud on top with the LEGO logo, so the part you
have cannot be a LEGO part.

Thank you for the replies. It was so close to the actual Lego piece, that I
had to double check. Thanks again!

Only the customer can change it back. I think they only have several days before
it’s locked for them also. You may want to reach out to your customer and ask
them to change it

  Hi all,

A buyer already paid the order but he requested to cancel the order because he
used the wrong payment method. I am okay to refund but I am not sure if BL will
still charge for the 3% service fee. Should I less the 3% when issuing refund?

Please advise.

Thank you
Andy

As others have mentioned, BL will reverse the fees, but PayPal will not.
