| The current store visits counter is nice, but I would really like a counter that
displays how many active shoppers are in any certain store. Much like the one
on the BL homepage and was previously shown at the top right of most BL pages
under the login info.
The intent of this feature would be to help see if a sale, promotion, etc. is
driving people into a store. The current counter only shows hits which can be
generated multiple times by the same person in many ways, thus making it quite
unreliable for stats use. Alternately a referral link with stats that can be
looked up would work, but the active user counter would still be a nice addition.

Yes yes... I viewed your store (albeit, just to read some policy stuff... didn't
really check out items  )
Sounds like a good idea, But there would be the issue of privacy/anonymity. The
Seller might start emailing/spamming users who veiwed but didn't buy. So another
checkbox would need to be saying if they wanted their store veiwing habits public
or private (not necesarily that wordy, but you get the jist).

The thought would be that the store just shows a counter, not a list of who was
there so as to keep who visits the store private. Or with the referral idea
just a count of clicks.

| Yes - this is a very good idea. I rarely look at the # of hits my store gets
but I do check to see how long it has been since there were any visitors. A
"# of people actively in the store" would definitely be a nice stat for sales
analysis.
I would also love to see more detailed stats by item:
"Added to cart" (but not purchased) - would be phenomenal.
Also - search history data in the Catalog and within the store would be great.

| I was just looking this up 4 years later. Is this still the same, or has there
been updated stats somewhere? I'm still trying to figure everything out..
