| I have a severely yellowed with rotated stud logos and was wondering
if it still has any value in its yellowed state?

These rotated logos are uncommon, but not rare, if that's what you're
asking.

I was just wondering if still held it’s “normal” value even though it’s seen
some sun

Personally I would not even try to sell it, it's so yellowed. I don't
think it's even worth enough to go through the trouble of listing it.

Its value is probably the same as its normal state. It is not a very rare event
for "Lego" prints to be printed in different directions.
