severely yellowed with rotated stud logos and was wondering

These rotated logos are uncommon, but not rare, if that's what you're
asking.

I was just wondering if still held it’s “normal” value even though it’s seen
some sun

Personally I would not even try to sell it, it's so yellowed. I don't
think it's even worth enough to go through the trouble of listing it.

Ok, I guess it’ll just go into my personal collection then. Thank you for your
help as I’m still learning the process of everything thing

Its value is probably the same as its normal state. It is not a very rare event
for "Lego" prints to be printed in different directions.
