| I was just looking at a
and noticed a mark under its one eye and tried to remove it which I couldn't.
I looked closed and it is part of this print. the part has 3 PCC's and you
can see in the images that 2 versions (at least) are shown. should this be split?

Much more confusing: the 2 uploaded pictures are the same
But the left and right "sub pictures" seems to show a different, more
"bolder", "heavier" print on the right one, which may have caused
this dot under the eye.
I'd say, just a print defect?

Maybe? At this point in time, it is hard to know, but we have ways at looking
into such things.
The LEGO render for the oldest element number (4528206) shows the printed speck
on the face, so it probably started that way. If I had to guess, the speck might
have been let go for the Kingdoms theme.
I have a long list of minifigure heads that need to be split, so I will add this
one to it with a question mark. However, I am not looking to do a single one
of them until after the variant merge project for heads is completed.
Cheers,
Randy

“What’s your job as a Catalog Administrator?”
“I’m splitting heads.”
“Surely, you mean you’re splitting hair!”
“That too. And don’t call me Shirley.”

Splitting hair sounds like a lot calmer than splitting heads
