I would appreciate any help on changing my order status to "Paid" when
the buyer paid with a USPS Money Order.
1. My terms state that I accept payment with Money Order.
2. Customer placed order for kit
3. I invoiced order with shipping included.
4. Buyer send money order
5. I received money order
Can't change order status no matter what the previous status is. It does
not show any option for "Paid".

You can change the shipping method using the edit order button (what looks like
two pieces of paper to the right of the order number).
If it’s to a buyer that is in a state that needs sales tax paid for, you can
not manually change to paid as BrickLink hasn’t received the tax payable.
You can only accept payment via an onsite method for those buyers.
