| Hi All
Can anyone help me cancel a paid order that I can not supply , it is a fake
minifig
that I checked and double checked and came to the conclusion that it is not Leggo.
So I have refunded that total sale and contacted the customer . Now it does not
let me proceed to the next step ..I could just mark it complete, but that's
not correct.
Can anyone help..

GO to "Edit Order" (at bottom of the order page), there set the payment
status to unpaid. Then you should be able to cancel.

| Hi Akir .
Thank buddy ...tried it but changed to unpaid..but still no luck cancelling
the order yet..

Did you used the Refund button on the order detailspage?
