I have this part 30530 and it has molded in the bottom "3 - 01"

I'm not sure if it is authentic or not...No LEGO mold...

It would be this I assume?
 
Part No: 30530 Name: Legs Martian Angular
* 		30530 Legs Martian Angular
Parts: Minifigure, Legs, Modified {Blue}

That 3 - 01 would fit a typical marking of a position on the sprue during manufacturing.
I have seen it on similar parts of that age.
