I woke to two separate messages from buyers who both say that they can’t check
out, and are receiving an error message saying “Items do not fit in the package”.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there a simple fix? Do I need to
change something in terms of settings regarding available shipping methods? Thanks!

You have probably set a max size in your shipping methods and something they
want to buy is large than that.

I'd offer a manual shipping option in addition to instant checkout. Tell
the buyer to refresh the page once you've set it up, the option should be
presented.
