| Bricks & Bicycles is now open! Mostly small/medium size classic sets with a few
newer ones. Any feedback on the terms/shipping is greatly appreciated. Most sets
are listed, parts and figs still to come… Thanks!

You may want to change this
“LIABILITY NOTICE / INSURANCE: If you choose not to pay extra to insure your
package to keep shipping costs low, you agree to accept the risk of loss or damage
during or after transit and to release me from any claims of non-receipt if I
provide you proof of shipping. This means once I take your uninsured package
to the post office, it belongs to you, ownership and risk of loss pass to you
at that point, and you are thereafter responsible for any loss or damage during
or after transit not covered by insurance.”
In your terms as sellers are fully responsible for every package they ship out
regardless of any insurance/tracking that was purchased

You may want to change this

Thanks for your sharp eye. I changed to just require insurance for orders over
$100.
